Leah now sees the unhappy, curious mood of her husband. She noticed that he was not in his right state of mind. "Come on sweetheart… What do you think happened here?"
"I don't know. Why don't you tell me." John was still looking confused.
"As you can see, she has been put to bed. Leah has delivered her baby."
"I can see that, so where is the child?"
Then Leah and Elsie burst into an uncontrollable laughter. John, at first, did not know why they were laughing, so he was still looking serious. But as the laughter persisted, he did not know when he too began to smile and later joined them in the laughter although it was not coming from his mind. Yet they continued in laughter.
