The days passed all too quickly with Ashe.
She took care of me in every possible way and both my spirit and mind felt for the best. I spent a wonderful Sunday playing "Empire of God" and lounging around, cooking together and watching movies. Ashe had very similar tastes to mine and it wasn't difficult to reconcile our passions. What's more, I had already promised her a vacation. Now I was also thinking of adding a few concerts.
It was the usual calm before the storm at the office that morning. Isa and Eric weren't there, they had a pregnancy checkup; Noah had set his expression to "today I kill everyone who gets in my way" and I, for sure, would have kept away. Ethan and Logan worked quietly on various projects. I was the only one who enjoyed Monday morning pretending to work.
