I slept in for the first time in forever, and was surprised to find Inge taking my blood pressure when I woke up. She informed me that she wanted me to visit the doctor again and I just knew she asked it because of Caspian. It was understandable that he wanted to see for himself that our son was okay, but I wasn’t ready to give him that kind of control over my body. He couldn’t just command and I had to do it! Keeping me here was one thing, but this was my body and it was my choice. Inge, on the other hand, although she supported me wanting to exercise my rights, felt that it was the only way to get Caspian off my back about the baby’s health.
