Cat's POV
I was here in this strange place. It was covered with nothing else but darkness, but darkness was my friend, it held me so tightly in its hands, and it didn't want to let me go or should I say that I didn't want it to let me go.
The peace that was embodied here was like none I had ever experienced with all the chaos in my life. I liked it here.
But all of a sudden, this peaceful place that I had come to love soon turned into the chaos that I had been running away from.
Memories I have tried so hard to forget played so vividly before me. The memories of my parent's death and the abuse and trauma inflicted on me by my uncle were all I could see, breaking me to my very core.
'' I don't want to see this, I don't like this, make it stop, please,'' I yelled into the darkness,
