I was enjoying my book when heard the crowd on the bus laughing, I looked out of the window and saw a girl running from behind trying to catch the bus. First I didn't want to interfere but I felt sorry for her so I walked to the driver.

- Excuse me mister- I put on my most enchanting smiled he smiled back at me. - Can you please stop? A poor girl is running behind us.- He smirked and stopped the bus. I went back to my seat and continued with my book. A little later I heard someone talking to me.

 Can I sit here?- I  looked up from my book, smiled and pat the seat next to me  It was the girl who was running after the bus obviously. She was a very lovely looking girl with her long light brown hair cute face and hazel eyes. She was exhausted from running and her eyes showed sadness. I wasn't planning to chat during this ride but why not? I  took off my glasses and grinned at her.

- My name is Fanny-I extended my hand for a handshake , she  shook  it firmly her and said.

- I'm Frankie, I haven't seen you in this bus before are you a new student? - I put away my book before I replied.

- No, I'm in an other school ,just took the bus today because I was sleeping at a friends house who lives nearby. - She was so sad but I saw some kind of fire in her eyes and I could smell that she had several scars or at least on big one. She looks like a warrior.  

- Oh what a shame, I thought I'll have at least one normal classmate. -I stopped smiling and understood that she was feeling lonely. 

- I'm sorry that you are having a hard time, but our em.... -I stopped for a minute, I almost said Luna.- well my boyfriend's best friend's mother always says that "After every storm comes a rainbow". So don't give up on hope yet, this is just a temporary state. - She grinned at me.

- That is actually a good advice. Thanks. - I felt an urge to hug her. When I hugged her a strange scent hit my nose...she smelled like pine and sea salt... She shivered a little for my touch something is not normal with this girl , finally she  hugged me  back shyly. I looked at her afterwards a little confused.

- What's wrong? - She asked. 

- Nothing. - What is this smell reminds me off? She is not a werewolf but she lives with some that is sure at least two of them. But she is not human either. Sea salt smell...hm...She broke the silence which sat between us.

- And how old are you? -I came back from my thoughts , turned to her again with a big smile. I'll figure this out later.

- I'm nineteen. And you? 

- I'm fifteen. Where are you studying? -I showed her my backpack it was that very exclusive and expensive private school in the end of the town. Well the only werewolf high school and private university.

- Wow! I wanted to go there as well but, they only accept a few students as I heard. - I nodded.

- Yes its very , well unique. - The bus stopped and we got out of it.  A guy walked to her and put one of his hand on her shoulder while he was checking  me out like I was a piece of meat. My wolf growled. "Calm down girl'* He is disgusting! * " I know..."

- Hey Frank! Who is your new friend? - He asked her and tired to put on a handsome smile without any success if you ask me. He was 5.10ft tall , very muscular , with a little stubble on his face and with short brown hair. I grimaced at him my wolf got very irritated for being stared at like that but she got even more frustrated when she saw this douche bag's hand on Frankie's shoulder. I felt my eyes turning darker , when I  didn't answer he laughed and asked again but this time directly from me.

- So beautiful do you have a name or did the kitten took your tongue away. - I tried to calm down my wolf. Adam felt my anger and mind-linked me. 

"-Whats wrong Fanny?! Do you need help love?

- No I'm okay just there is a little bastard checking at me like he was in a supermarket looking for a fresh pineapple. 

- I'll be there in  a minute."

- Hey! I'm talking to you are you mute?- From my mind-link the guy's voice brought me back to reality. He left his hold off Frankie's shoulder and caught my hand! Oh no boy that was a very wrong move I thought and couldn't hold my wolf back. She took over control  immediately grabbed his forearm with my other hand other hand  and swung him over our head. He hit the ground with a loud  thump. Everybody were grabbing the action with their phones. I got back control over my body and ran my fingers through my hair. I stepped across the unconscious boy.  Frankie  kneed down next to him trying to wake him up and looked at me. I thought she will be angry but her eyes showed a little recognition. I leaned next to her and looked deeply in her eyes.

- You are way better than this. Here take it - I gave her my name card- If you ever need a friend just don't hesitate to call me. - She took my card and I felt Adam's presence near so I followed his scent. He embraced me in a hug and he was staring at the crowd's direction. I saw that a few cheerleaders pushed Frankie away and I was actually glad for it. Adam was furious I turned his face to look at me.

- Hey baby it's okay! - He held my hand and we walked away.

- I should go back and rip his head of off his neck! - He growled I stopped and kissed him. Adam kissed me back and calmed a little. -That is not fair to calm me all the time! - He grinned.

- You know that I never calm you down in bed. - He looked at me with lust in his eyes and showed a childish smile I loved so much.

- That is your luck honey! - We laughed and I got lost in my thoughts about Frankie, he noticed that I was frowning my eyebrows. We got in his car and drove to our school. He didn't want to interrupt my thoughts so he was driving in silence caressing my tight. I was wearing a white, knee length summer dress with some embroideries on it. But he couldn't stand the silent for long.

- What are you thinking of Chipmunk ? - I loved this name although he still didn't tell me why is he calling me like this.

- I met a girl today and there is something about her that bothers me.- Without taking his eyes off the road he asked.

- Whats wrong with her? - I looked at him and he glanced at me. He was wearing a white t-shirt and black jeans.

- I don't know exactly, she smelled strange.

- Like what? - He asked curiously, Still half wandered I replied.

- Pine. - He hummed.

- That is a common odor around werewolves. -I know Einstein... I thought and my wolf giggled in my head. 

-Yes but she is not a werewolf, she surly lives with werewolves, their smell was horrible I would recognize it anywhere. - Adam frowned his eyebrows again and wanted to say something but I interrupted him.

- She also smelled sea salt . -We arrived to the school Adam parked the car and he stared forward thoughtfully. We got out of the car and hand in hand walked in. Before we went to our classes he gave me a kiss and said.

- We will ask Alpha Ryder  and Luna Ariel about it when we get home. Have a nice day love I'll see you at lunch! - He said and gave me a kiss to my forehead. I was so lucky to have him and that we found each other in such a young age. Our parents were extremely overjoyed when they found out that we are mates. Thanks to our mate bond now , not just because of  this good-fellowship between them  and  because of being in the same pack, they became family related with our marriage. Yes we are married with Adam but this is common in our species. Although we wanted to wait with having pups, our parents were anxious to have grandchildren but we enjoyed each others company now ant this was enough for us for now. I headed to my class and waited the day to end and find out more about Frankie's strange smell.
