What Aries had told me was hurtful. But I decided to drop it and stuck with my plan of seeking the witch’s help.
Though his obsessiveness towards Anna confused me-it’s not like Anna was his mate. I wouldn’t blame him for that, because people aren’t capable of controlling their feelings at their will. I just felt glad that he told me his true feelings. No matter how difficult it was to handle. The truth is always better than a lie, isn’t it?
After leaving Aries in the study, I headed to the King’s office for their permission to leave the castle.
