Lexi's POV
We are sitting in my driveway saying goodbye and I am about to grab my bag and get out of the car when it dawns on me, I never gave him those boxers. “Oh Jace, I have something inside for you.”
He raises his brow, “What is it?”
I get out of the car saying, “Just come with and you will see.”
He follows me and we both head inside. My mom is inside preparing dinner. I say, “Hi Mom” while Jason says, “Hi Mrs. Walker” at the same time. My mom looks and says hi.
We begin to head towards my room when my mom asks, “Alexis, where have you been?”
Without looking at her and still heading up the stairs, “Detention then ice cream”
I can hear my mom groan, “You seriously got detention on the first day?
