Alastair's POV
Even though Astrid was conversing freely with me, I could feel the barrier between us. I understand why she is being like that. I was at fault for keeping her in dark. Astrid left to meet Mrs Brooks who was still at the infirmary. I also decided to take a look around. I and Trevon were just about to walk out when Dr Chloe burst inside.
"Woah there" Trevon said as she suddenly came inside.
"I am sorry" She apologized before turning to me.
"Alpha" Dr Chloe came in the office.
"Alpha the rogue girl tried to suicide today" I stood up.
That was not something acceptable in my pack. I make sure all the pack members are happy. Why would she take such a drastic step.
