Chapter 3I sproing out of bed a few minutes past five a.m., instantly ready to go, as though someone had mainlined caffeine directly into my bloodstream during the night. Mom always says I’m too impatient to sleep, and she’s not wrong; I like being awake. Whenever I’d spent the night at Filip’s house when we were kids, Johan and I were always the first ones awake.
