ALPHA AXEL (The Curse Alpha)

Chapter 6: Gianna

Third point of view

“Alpha Axel, once she wakes up, she will get mad at you!” Jake said. Alpha Axel shook his head even though half of his face was covered by a mask; his grin was too evident on his lips.

“If she gets mad at me, then she won't have any choice but to stay with me. My packhouse was too big for her.” Axel didn't mind if his mate would be angry with him because he was too glad that he had finally found his mate.

It's been six years since he found his first mate, but she rejected him when she saw his face. He thought the Moon Goddess would forbid him to meet his second chance mate. He was about to surrender, for he felt that he wouldn't have any chance to be free from the curse that he received since he was in his mother's belly.

“I don't think that's a good idea, Alpha Axel. Your mate was a fighter, and she knew how to fight for her life. She would hate you if you caged her in our pack. Don't do anything to push her to reject you.” Alpha Axel glanced at Jake after he heard his words.

He could take a risk; that's the last card he had. If his mate rejected him again, he wouldn't be free from the curse.

“You need someone who will love you for who you are. You should trust your mate; she has a pure heart.” Jake added. Alpha Axel growled and gave his fierce Beta eyes.

“Do you like my mate, Jake? Remember that she's my mate, so you better back off!” Alpha Axel shouted, which made the other men tremble in fear, but Jake didn't even move in fear. He used to be treated that way because Alpha Axel always behaved like that. He understood that Alpha Axel was scared to receive another rejection by his mate.

“Alpha Axel, I know she's your mate. Please don't be jealous of me. I know my limitations when it comes to your woman.” Alpha Axel blinked, and his eyes turned red; he glared at Jake, who was smirking at him.

“You will regret that you didn't believe what I told you,” Jake added. He turned his back to Alpha Axel. He walked toward their other companions, who were busy packing their things so they could return to their pack.

Alpha Axel exasperated sighed before he took Zoe. He carried her like a sack of rice. The corner of his mouth twitched when he remembered how capable of fighting his mate. He couldn't believe he would witness his mate fight for herself and make him want to kiss her.

‘I think this woman was a good girl, and I won't have any problem with her.’ Alpha Axel thought.

Alpha Axel and his pack members started to walk into their pack. The Dark Moon Pack was a well-known pack because of Alpha Axel. Many other groups avoided the Dark Moon Pack because of how ruthless Alpha Axel was.

“I thought we would visit the Full Moon Pack?” Jake asked. Alpha Axel groaned when he remembered that pack.

“There's no need. I met my mate now, and she was the key to removing this freaking curse.” They climbed, and after three hours of walking without rest, they finally reached the Dark Moon Pack.

A lot of pack members saw that Alpha Axel was carrying a woman. They were all confused and began whispering. And the gossip went to Harvey and Gianna, who was in the training field.

“Alpha Axel was with the woman. And he was carrying her as a sack of rice!”

“Are you sure?”

“Oh, my— who is that woman? I felt bad for her; maybe she was one of the members of the enemy pack!”

“If she's from the enemy's pack, Alpha Axel won't let her live! You know how ruthless he was regarding those traitor packs.”

“Or, maybe she's his mate! Finally, our Alpha would be free from his curse!” Harvey was shocked when he heard what the pack members were whispering. He glanced at Gianna, who had a softened feature while looking back at him.

Gianna was too excited to meet her son. She ran so fast and didn't mind about his mate, who had a scowled face after she left him. Harvey did everything to make Gianna feel he loved her, but Gianna didn't believe it and decided to be blind.

“Axel, son!” Gianna shouted when she saw Alpha Axel. She ran towards him and gave him a welcoming hug. Alpha Axel embraced her back, which made Gianna's eyes formed tears into her eyes.

“How are you? You don't need to run towards me, mommy. I don't want you to get hurt.” Alpha Axel looked at Jake and raised his eyebrow.

“Oh, my younger son! What happened to your hand?” Gianna almost shouted in fear when she saw Jake's hand, but Jake pouted at her like a child.

Jake immediately hugged Gianna. He understood why his mother was too concerned for Alpha Axel because she kept blaming herself for what happened to his older brother.

“Mommy, you promised us that you would cook a delicious meal when we go home. But I don't even see delicious food here.” Jake complained, but he winced when Alpha Axel pinched his waist.

“Brother!” Jake shouted in pain. He hid behind Gianna's back which made Gianna laugh in happiness. She missed her sons so much, but she understood that her children were trying to locate Kara to remove the curse.

“I remember our members talked about the woman you're with, Axel. Where was she? I want to see her here.”

Alpha Axel and Jake were both stunned when Gianna told them about Zoe. Jake cleared his throat and pointed to his older brother, who had expanded eyes.

“Mommy, my brother finally found his second mate. And she's fabulous!” Jake commented. Alpha Axel groaned when his younger brother told lovely words about his mate again.

“Wow! I know your standards on women, Jake! All women here in the world were fabulous in your eyes.” Jake tapped his chest and acted like he was hurt after he heard what his mother said. He chuckled when his mother gave him his tight embrace.

“You're too frank, mother. You didn't even think about me.”

“But, I love you, my son. I love you both.” Gianna sweetly said before they heard a fake cough. When they turned around, they saw Harvey standing before them.

“I can't believe you all didn't even think about me.” Harvey pulled Gianna, which made his two sons smirk at him. His sons knew what his problem was, and they knew that Harvey was secretly jealous that Gianna told them that she loved them.

“Daddy,” Jake exclaimed, but Alpha Axel just nodded to his father.

“How are you both? You went back too early. What happened?” Harvey and Alpha Axel were away from Jake and Gianna, which made Gianna's forehead cease.

“Why are you two moving away from us? I need to know everything too!” She yelled. Jake whistled when he saw how tyrant his mother was.

Alpha Axel sighed before he went back to the place where he was standing. Harvey went closer to his mate and kissed her cheek.

“You don't need to be jealous of your son, honey. You're my mate.” But Gianna didn't like what he whispered, which made Harvey receive a pinch on his waist, and he winced in pain.

“Of course, I won't be jealous, Harvey. I would rather date other boys than be jealous because you are dating someone else.” Harvey's heart clenched when he heard what Gianna said to him. He clasped his fist too hard, and his eyes reddened in anger.

“That's why you don't even sleep beside me because there was a man? Gianna, are you f*****g with me? I couldn't believe you! I am your mate, and you're my wife.”

“As long as my son's curse isn't removed, I will hate you to death.”

“Finally, you dared to blame me for what happened. Gianna, you know that I didn't want that. I feel hurt because of your words. That's why after you got pregnant three times, you're acting cold now!”

“Shut up.” Gianna hugged the two men. “I'm sorry, son. But I will be back in my house,” she whispered.

“Your house? Have you forgotten that you're living with me or with us?” Harvey's voice cracked when he watched his mate walking away from him. He looked down when he felt his two sons tapping his shoulders.

“Daddy, what's the use of the mate bond? I am sure that mommy would be back at you. Please don't be sad; instead, enjoy it. Look at mommy; she looked happy without you, daddy.” Harvey glared at Jake, who was teasing him. He couldn't believe how his son advised him. He thought that maybe something terrible had happened to Gianna when she was pregnant with Jake.

Alpha Axel groaned before he smacked his brother's head. He couldn't believe that he had a dumb brother.

“Hey! After you choke me because of your mate, you're smacking my head. You're my brother!

“It's not my fault that you're dumb.” Jake rolled his eyes. He felt that everyone who was surrounding him wasn't too smart like him.

“Alpha Axel, your mate was trying to escape!” Alpha Axel was shocked and panicked after he got the news.
