Noah was peacefully asleep beside me as my eyes opened the next morning. I don't know what woke me up, but thankfully, for once, it wasn't the uncontrollable urge to throw up or pee. I turned my sleepy eyes out of the window and almost gasped at the view that greeted me. Sunshine flooded through the giant mountains, making the snow on some of the highest peaks shine and sparkle. The trees rustled and the soft, cool breeze through the windows caressed my naked skin. I just lay there, staring at the view and letting the peace fill me in.
