~ A M E L I A ~ The next day, the last thing I wanted to do was to train with Everett, but I knew if I didn’t go he’d hunt me down and make my day a living hell. So I went and made sure not to be late. Waiting by the lake at our usual spot, I was sitting on the ground, hugging my knees, watching the stillness of the lake, trying to reflect that stillness into myself.
