He shrugged, ‘You gave poor instructions for the bathroom.’
Grinding my teeth, ‘So you went through my stuff?’
‘I stepped on the letter, and it was open when I picked it up,’ he retaliated in defence. Stupid excuse. ‘Who’s “E”?’ He asked again, glaring down at the letter then darting his eyes back up to me holding a smirk, ‘I know fully well it doesn’t stand for Everett.’
I stormed over towards him, ‘Give me that letter, it’s private!’
Everett stretched his arm above his head and held the letter way out of reach. Damn him and his extreme tallness, ‘
