I couldn't deal with this! I have practiced in my head so many times about what I would say if I ever saw them again but when I was near both of them I couldn't concentrate, their scent was intoxicating and my wolf was being a slut.

Yes she finally came back. I guess being near her mates helped bring her out of her depressed state.

I let everyone know that I was going home. When I got there I took a shower and laid down it took me hours to fall asleep.

I heard the door bell and looked at the clock 9am, whoever is at the door is a dead person.

"Hold on dammit!" I swung the door open ready to curse but couldn't form any words. My mates stood there shirtless with only basketball shorts on. I scowled at them when they smirked at me, those idiots saw me checking them out.

"What!" I yelled.

"That's no way to talk to your new neighbors and bosses." What the hell are they going on about?

"What do you mean neighbors? Those houses are empty."

"Not anymore." Damien said while flashing me a breath taking smile.

"Yeah did you honestly think that we would leave after finding you?"

"Yes I did, I don't want you here." I said pouting. I probably looked like a child but I didn't care, I wanted them gone.

"Too bad babe, we're staying as long as you do." I narrowed my eyes at them.

"Stupid mates." I mumbled.

"I heard that." Damon said.

"What do you want?" I finally asked.

"To tell you that we're having a meeting later on today and you're invited."

"Why would I come to a meeting where everyone hates me?" Damon growled.

"No one hates you and if they give you any trouble let us know."

"I'm not coming. I need to rest before work." I said while trying to close the door.

"Move Damien I'm not in the mood." They should have gotten the hint, I'm not a morning person.

"I was just going to tell you that you didn't need to come in. We bought the place from Tom, it's closed for renovations." I rolled my eyes and tried to close the door again. I didn't have time for this I had a hangover and needed to sleep.

"Move Damon." God he's so annoying. First they interrupt my sleep then take my job away. I was 2 seconds away from hitting him.

"Just wanted to tell you that you look hot in that night gown." I looked down and remembered I forgot to put on my robe. I blushed when I saw their eyes darkening.

"Ugh you pervs!" I said before slamming the door. I glared at nothing when I heard them laughing. Stupid perverted mates.

You like it. My wolf teased.

Whatever . I went to get more sleep, grateful that I didn't have to work.

It was late when I woke up I was glad I didn't have a headache. I went around the house looking for Caine, where the hell was he? I needed someone to yell at. I fixed me something to eat and watched TV. The Big Bang Theory was on, god I love Sheldon he always makes me laugh.

I heard my phone ring and went to get a it off the charger. Frowning because it wasn't there. Where the hell is it? I searched for my phone. Oh that's right, Damon and Damien wouldn't stop calling so I got pissed and threw it away.

"Hello." I answered out of breath, how I’m an out of shape werewolf is beyond me.

"Hey I'll be over to get you for the meeting in a little while."

"I'm not going." I said stubbornly I heard giggling.

"You are so bad stop it." Faith said.

"You shouldn't tease me." A deep voice answered.

"Eww is that Caine?" I yelled.

"Yeah he stayed the night. Your brother sure knows his way around a woman's body." That is more information that I ever wanted to know about my brother.

"Goodbye Faith that's gross."

"Oh no you don't." My brother said.

"We will be over to get you... I don't want to hear it you're going, now if you'll excuse me your friend has been bad I have to spa-"

I hung up I didn't need to hear anymore from those horny freaks . How can I get out of this meeting? I thought to myself. I can't go, what if they try to take me back to the castle I won't go. Not after everything I've been through because of them.

I thought of the perfect place. I Googled beaches in the area and found one 30 minutes away from here. I got changed, grabbed my purse and keys and ran to my car. I tried to start it up but it would start.

"Sh*t! Stupid car don't do this to me!" I got out and lifted the hood which was pointless because I knew nothing about cars.

"Looking for this?" A deep voice said from behind me making me jump. I turned to see Damon holding something black smirking.

"Your brother told us that you would try to run." I scowled at him.

"I wasn't running." You wait until I see Caine he is so dead.

"Whatever you say toots."

"That's not my name! Now fix my car." I was beyond irritated. I just wanted to be alone I was so use to it.

"No can do, I'm not a mechanic." I took out my phone and called a cab.

"Can I have a cab to 56-" I was cut off when he took my phone.

"I'm sorry ma'am we don't need that cab." He said before hanging up.

"What the hell?" I yelled.

"Watch your mouth unless your going to do something dirty with it."

"Goodbye Damon." He chuckled and followed me to the door. I needed to get away from him, he was making me nervous and again my wolf was excited to be around him. I turned around and caught him looking at my butt I rolled my eyes.

"Will you please go away."

"I will if you give me a kiss."

"No way! I'm not kissing you."

"Then I'm going to follow you into your house and annoy you until it's time for the party." He wouldn't. I can't stand being around him for a couple of minutes there's no way I'll survive a couple of hours.

I sighed in defeat. "One kiss and you better keep your slimy tongue and hands to yourself."

I stood on the porch and still wasn't tall enough to reach him even on my tippy toes. I cant believe I'm doing this. He bent down and put his lips to mine. I've never felt anything like that before. I wrapped my legs around his waist he somehow got his tongue in my mouth. I didn't protest it was my first kiss and it was wonderful until my slutty wolf took over. He growled and started kissing down my neck. I thought of my scar and that brought me out of my lusty state.

"Stop." I said out of breath "Damon."

"Mmhmm" He mumbled.

"Put me down" He looked at me his eyes were darkening. Sh*t. I did the only thing that I could think of and slapped him. He growled and almost dropped me.

"What the hell? Why did you hit me?" I jumped down and shrugged my shoulders.

"You were getting carried away."

"I wasn't the only one, if I recall you were moaning and running your hands through my hair." I looked away embarrassed.

"Goodbye Damon, I gave you your kiss now fix my car and leave me alone." He just ignored me and said.

"See you tonight toots."

That's what you think. I locked my door, went into my bedroom and got undressed.

OK I said myself, I know this is going to hurt like hell but it needs to be done. I closed my eyes and thought of myself in wolf form, after a few minutes I stopped to breath, this was harder then I thought.

Please help me I know you want to be free. I said to my wolf.

No you're going to run away from mates.

No I just want to be alone for an hour or two I promise I will come back.

OK. She answered.

I closed my eyes and thought of my wolf. After a few tries I finally shifted and it felt great.

I shifted back, grabbed a bag put a change of clothes, a book, my cell phone and keys into it and went out back. I was grateful for my fence, it blocked off the sides and the back of my house. I had a special door made that only I knew about in case I ever needed to escape. I opened it and went into the woods and shifted, my wolf was so excited to be out. I just let her take over, she would get me to the beach whenever she wanted to.

After 15 minutes of running around I ended up at the beach, it wasn't that big but it was perfect for just thinking. I shifted back got dressed and sat on the sand this was peaceful the waves calmed me down a little. My phone began to ring and I knew who it was.

"Yes Caine."

"WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU? I'VE CALLED 10 TIMES!" He yelled.

"Calm down I'm fine. And don't yell at me."

"WHERE THE HELL IS SHE? GIVE ME THE PHONE!" I recognized that voice, it was Damon and he sounded pissed.

"Calm down Damon I wont let you scare her off." Faith said.

"Now all of you out while I talk to her." I heard a bunch of cussing and shuffling.

"Joy where are you?"

"I'm fine I will be home in an hour or two."

"You will miss the meeting, please don't have me bored there by myself." She begged.

"But I don't want to go, what is the meeting about anyway?"

"No one knows ,they just said they had a big announcement. There are Alphas coming from different packs it must be very important. At least come home you don't have to come to the meeting I just want you safe."

"Alright I'm on the way." I heard a twig snap when I turned around there were five wolves looking at me growling.

"Is that growling? Joy are you OK? Whats going on?" I stared at the five wolves in front of me in fear. This area was secluded so what were they doing here?

"I-I have to go." I said.

"Where the hell are you? Joy don't you hang this phone up Damon! Damien!" I heard her yell before I hung up.

Gosh I can never catch a break. One of the wolves growled and lunged towards me. My wolf took over and shifted. I ran in the opposite direction, it was hard running on the sand so I quickly ran towards the woods dodging them. They were bigger and that was slowing them down.

They started to gain on me, I saw a tree with a opening praying that I could fit. I got halfway in when one of them grabbed my leg and pulled me out.

Joy where are you? Damien's voice popped in my head.

Help! I cried. I'm by a beach about 15 minutes away from my house.

I shifted back when he bit down on my leg and when he shifted I almost passed out.

"Well well well, we meet again! We have been looking for you." He sneered.

"No, how did you find me?" I asked.

"That's not important." Someone handed him shorts and a bag. He threw me a shirt and I quickly put it on. I didn't want to be naked in front of them. He changed and before I could say anything else he put a cloth over my mouth and everything went black.
