After the wizards arrived in their city, Noel was immediately put into training alongside Vega. Their mentor was Oliver himself.
Oliver was one of the best wizards and became the Grandmaster of their magical clan at an early age. Noel was placed under Oliver’s care mainly because he was the one who invited Noel to the clan.
