“Ugh! I hate Mondays.” I say walking into the kitchen and slumping on some stool.
“I don’t mind this one.” Danny grins and continues whipping the eggs. She is in a good mood and I know why. It’s because Mr. Ego is taking over today. I wonder how it will be. Someone I hate with my everything as my boss? This calls for some prayers.
“You think he will notice you?” I ask knowing what an ass he is. “He is an ass Danny.”
“Who I can put up with. I don’t mind at all. Didn’t you see how good-looking he is?”
“Why can’t you get someone else? There are men who are after you.”
“But none of them is Chuck. I want Chuck and by the way, I’m going to tell him about Chase. He will help.”
