I have been a vet for 3 years now, and I love it. I just opened up my own practice a year ago. I love working with animals. It’s people I don’t like to much. I always wanted to be a pediatrician, but I didn’t think I could do it. I chose to work with animals because they don’t judge you. They love you unconditionally and all they want is for you to love them back.
I am a plus- sized woman. People look at me and laugh. I have been teased about my weight all my life. Those haunting words are what prevented me from following my dreams. I am a good vet. I worked hard to get my own practice. This is where I was meant to be. I was all alone here. Just me and the animals. I liked it that way. I enjoyed being alone.
