Chapter 5 One thing Alex hadn’t counted on when they joined the Council was Etan deciding to move a few months later. Everyone on the Council lived in town, either in a few scattered houses or in brick apartment buildings built well over a hundred years ago. All of them within walking distance of each other, the cannery, and the town hall. That all made perfect sense to Alex, and he couldn’t think of a real reason for arguing about it.
