I lay next to her, Just watching as she slept, My mark showing clearly with how she was lying. My chest warmed, seeing my mark on her. It was still red, but it was healing quickly. I could already smell our scents were starting to mix,
"Our mate," My wolf purred in my head,

He has been pacing since I marked her. He says he can feel her wolf a little more, but she is still withdrawn,
