“How did you become a negotiator?” he asked thinking he might get to know her a bit better.
“Does it matter?” Of course Bella answered with her usual aloofness and distanced herself from the topic.
“Not really. Then do you have any hobbies?” Chase didn’t want to lose on a conversation with her so easily so he quickly picked up a safer topic of discussion.
“I… like playing piano sometimes.” Bella said a bit hesitantly. She did say ‘sometime’.
“That sounds interesting! Would you play for me once?” Chase said with excitement as if seeing a completely new aspect of the woman.
