Ren hesitated, his fingertips a hairsbreadth from a spot in the wall that felt different from the rest. :: Is that good or bad?::
“Oh, I didn’t realize I was thinking out loud. It’s good.” The fact Darzul spoke normally seemed to prove he felt safe here, wherever here was. “This is an Arzulan way station on an asteroid orbiting a dead world about halfway from mine to yours.”
“Is there some way to send a message to Earth? Since we were there, I think we can recover the coordinates of the spice planet. That’s one of my missions, finding where it comes from. My boss’ll be real happy to get this word, the sooner the better. Maybe they can mount an attack and shut that down.”
