When the game ends everyone swarms their Alpha, I go to escape, but Alpha Kai literally pulls me right back in by my arm. We spend an hour after the game speaking with pack members and congratulating the team on their win. My phone rings and I see that it’s Felix so I excuse myself.
“Hey baby!” I say excited.
“Hey sweetheart! You sound like you’re having a great time.” He says in a happy voice.
“I’m at the high school game, and Winter Moon won.” I laugh.
“Oh good for them, if you’re busy I can let you go?” He says and my heart drops.
“No, it’s alright, I miss you and I want to hear your voice.” I admit.
