Carissa's POV
I sat there in shock. I started putting everything together, I realized so much. I realized why my father hated dragons so much. I realized my mother wasn't the woman I thought she was. Also explained why Jenny wasn't surprised by me being a princess. She knew who I was the moment we met. Most importantly I realized my father lied to me about who killed my mother. Dragons didn't kill her, Scorch didn’t kill her, he did. “I couldn’t let you two believe such a terrible lie told by King Charles,” Jenny said to me and Scorch. “And it was time for Kylie and Kellin to finally know the truth about their father.”
Kellin frowned at his mother. "So, you lied to us our whole lives... our father is alive. He doesn't even know about us, and you kept this from us!"
