Sarah

Two months later

It's been two months since all the drama died down. I haven't heard from Adam or his crazy fiancé. I did find out some unexpected news. Surprise surprise, that piece of s**t got me pregnant. Apparently when wolves have s*x with their mates there's a very high chance that they can get pregnant the first time. No one knew but Jenna and Jeff. They are mates and he's like a big brother to me.

I love him for keeping my secret. Let's just hope that Adam doesn't use his alpha voice on Jeff and made him tell. After freaking out about being pregnant by a werewolf Jeff explained almost everything he could about werewolves and how packs run. I already knew some stuff about mates from Adam but I didn't know about everything else like mates marking each other. I cringed when he told me that, it sounded painful.

My job is great. I work for a big technology company in my city. They recently expanded and needed extra people to work from home. I was now checking my email. I saw the company's name and I clicked on it. It was an important message saying that there was a mandatory meeting for all the tech agents. Someone tried to hack their system and they needed all the agents to come in and learn new security routines.

"Jenna I don't want to go! I only took the job because it's an AT HOME position. I look like a cow and what if I run into my uncle. You know he's the best technical advisor in this city I can't handle this." I began to cry, stupid pregnant hormones.

"It's not funny Jen, I cry for nothing all the time."

"When is the meeting? We need to find you something cute to wear, maybe you have a hot boss." She said laughing while wiggling her eyebrows, I hate her.

"No one is going to want me. I look like a cow and I'm not looking for a man. All I need is you, Jeff, and my baby."

THE NEXT DAY

Breathe in breathe out. I kept telling myself this trying to calm down. Today is the day of the meeting, Jen picked out my outfit.

"Jen I can't go out like this. People are going to stare at me I feel huge."

She picked out a black pencil skirt that comes a few inches above my knees, a red button up shirt that feels too small, a cute blazer and blood red low heels. I feel like a slut and to top it off she curled my hair and did my make-up. I feel like I’m going to the club or on a date.

"Non-sense Sarah you look cute. Now get your stuff and get to the car." I sighed. There's no reasoning with her and to make it worse Jeff was there egging her on. I wanted to slap both of them.

JEFF'S POV BEFORE GOING TO SARAH'S

"You do know that she's going to kill us when she finds out who owns the company."

"Jenn, she needs to tell him, they’re mates. I would rather have her as my Luna instead of that annoying b***h. I hate her, everyone knows she screws anything walking. She just wants the title and to make it worse Adam doesn't care. After they mated he actually started to love her. We have to do something."

Adam hated her at first but then they started to have s*x on the regular. I thought when he met Sarah he would stop the non-sense but she put on that angel act and fooled him. Now he is head over heels for her and the mating bond made the pull worse.

"Sarah deserves a family, a good husband. Not some man w***e who hurt her. I want her to be happy too but he is not the one, I'm only doing this for the baby."

"I know me too babe."

Sarah

"This place is huge. I change my mind, take me home I can't risk him seeing me." I was terrified.

"You know we will protect you. I doubt he's anywhere near here. Adam has been trying to find him. He's probably hiding somewhere. Now come on sweet cheeks." He smiled.

"Jeff you know I hate that name. You're so annoying." I sat there pouting like a child.

"How about we go in with you and wait in the lobby."

"Alright thanks!"

"Jeff go park the car we will wait right here."

Adam

I finally get to see my mate after two months. I don't want her though, I mated with Kendra. She's perfect, I just need to make sure that Sarah is ok.

"Are all of the agents here Amanda?" I asked my assistant.

"No sir. There are 12 here, we're waiting on one, her name is Sarah Jones."

"Well she has five minutes, if she's not here by the time I get to the boardroom she's fired."

I wouldn't actually fire her, I'm just anxious to see her.

Jeff couldn't find a spot so I told Sarah to go help and to come up when they're done. I know he could find a spot. The garage is across the street, they just want to do other things if you know what I mean.

After getting off the elevator and not paying attention, something I’m always doing, I ran into a wall spilling my drink.

What the hell? I'm the world’s biggest klutz. Bending down and picking up my things I noticed a black pair of expensive loafers. I looked up realizing a man was the wall, a man I never wanted to see again..... Lord why me?
