I felt a sharp pain in my shoulder as I slowly opened my eyes. Tears streamed down my face as I tried to comprehend what was happening. The room suddenly grew dark, and I couldn't see anything for a few minutes because of my vision. I tried to keep my eyes open, hoping to stare into Draven’s eyes when he woke.
"Draven, what is her name?" The mysterious voice asked, and my heart started pounding in my chest. I hoped Draven knew my name and wouldn't mistake me for his ex. It was the one thing that I had hoped for. If according to the voice speaking, Draven mistook me for his ex, it would be all over for me, and Draven wouldn’t even know who I was. I didn’t want that to happen.
