Leo said he wanted to teach me some self-defense moves today. We would soon have to go out in public with our fake story so that we don’t raise suspicions. I was really scared to leave the house. Here I felt safe.
I wondered if Leo would be able to protect me. I mean he was only one person. I know he would try. I don’t want him to get hurt because of me. I already felt enough guilt over my brother.
