Chapter 32 pins in needles

Hope’s P.O.V

  Last night I barely slept and when I woke up this morning I was on pins and needles, thinking about what would happen when I went back to my old pack. It makes me wonder if they would even recognise me at all and if they did how would they react? Would I see Lovey? Would I see my parents? If I did see either of them how would I react? How would they react? Would they try and treat me the same as they did before or would they regret it? No, Rick would never let that happen to me, he would never let them treat me the same as they did before. There was only one way for me to know for sure, but I would have to wait until I got there.

  Alpha Cole’s P.O.V

  I really needed help with this rogue problem, so I called the only one I thought would help me and my pack. After I first called Alpha Rick he neither said yes or no, in fact he just told me that he would get back to me, that he had to check something before he could give me a definite answer. I wonder what he had to check? It must have been something important, but the strange thing was that when I first called and told him my name his voice changed and for some reason he seemed angry, but why? I have never had any problems with him or his pack before, so what could possibly be wrong? After a few minutes he called me back and agreed to help me, but yet again he seemed very stern and angry, he even hung up before I had a chance to reply to him. Goddess only knows what is going on, but I am overjoyed and beyond excited that he agreed to help me because I am at my wits end with everything that is going on here. These rogues were getting in somehow and have killed my best warrior, but now they are also after my pack and I won’t allow that to happen.

  I didn't like asking for help, but when it comes to the safety of my pack then I had to do it. Ever since meeting my mate and having my son I had changed for the better and my pack were more like a family now, we helped each other. I told everyone that we were getting help from the strongest werewolf Alpha there was and they all cheered, starting to get ready for his arrival. I was nervous because I didn't know what an Alpha werewolf liked to eat, so I just hoped the food I laid out for him was good. I was finally going to get the answers I needed today, I just pray that there isn't another attack before he gets here.

  Sabrina’s (the elf) P.O.V

  I knew that Hope was going to go back to her old pack today and I wanted to go with her to help her, but the Moon Goddess told me not to interfere, which only served to make me nervous. I stayed here in my cell adn this was getting so old. The Moon Goddess had told me that it would only be for a few more days and then I’ll be out. She told me that I just had to keep an eye on him, but surely I could do that from inside, couldn't I? I heard footsteps on the same level that my cell was on and they were getting closer and closer to me, then the door to the first row of cells opened and I could smell it was him. He smelled of grease and dirt, then he appeared in front of my cell door.

  “I wasn't sure if I could trust an elf like you, but you have stayed here when you could have quite easily bent the bars and escaped. You are more than welcome in my pack now and we already have a room made up for you.” Roman said and opened the door to my cell, letting me out.

  “Come with me and I will show you the way.” Roman said and it made me wonder if this is what The Moon Goddess meant when she said it would only be a few more days.

  “Sabrina, do not go in there with him, he has a magical shield around the room, it will make you weak and unable to to get away. You must leave now, go to Hope’s territory and wait for her to return. He will be unable to find you, but you must leave now.” The Moon Goddess said inside my head, but it felt as if she was standing right next to me when she was saying it.

  Alpha Roman Black’s P.O.V

  I knew that this elf could have escaped at any time, but she didn't and that was good because now I could take her and put her in the room I had prepared. I led her to the pack house and turned away for literally a split second, but when I turned back she was gone.

  “WHAT THE f**k?!! HOW THE f**k DID SHE DO THAT?!! WHERE DID SHE GO?!!!” I shouted, looking everywhere for her, but she wasn't here. It was like she had just vanished into thin air or something. I shook my head and went back inside the pack house straight to my office.

  “f**k it, my plans are to get Hope back and then I’ll be the one that everyone comes to and begs for help, I’ll be the strongest and most powerful.” I said to myself, pulling out the maps I had of Alpha Rick’s territory. Nothing was going to stop me from getting what I wanted, not the elf, not Alpha Rick and most certainly not Hope. she was going to come with me whether she wanted to or not, even if I had to drag her back here and tie her up in a cell, she was going to do what I wanted, when I wanted, one way or another I was going to be the best and most powerful.
