Chapter Seven "So it's okay?" Alexa asked. She was talking to the proctor's back as the woman began quickly walking away from her. "Yes, it is," the proctor called back over her shoulder. "But I'll have to supervise, and I'm afraid I have a rather pressing matter to attend to first." She kept walking quickly, heading towards the slave barn. Alexa slung her new backpack, filled with her recent purchases, over her shoulder and hustled to catch up. She meant to go to the slave barn anyway.
