GINA One..two. Three. Steady. My heart was beating at rapid speed. Slowing then, then racing. I wish I didn't react to things like this, I wanted it not to matter to me. So that when the disappointment came along with the heart ache. I wouldn't feel a thing. I wanted to be made of ice. But with the rush of emotions that were threatening to strangle me, I could unfeel, I couldn't breathe, I couldn't think. I stared at Damon again as his eyes were focused on the road. The sun gave his blonde hair, this golden shimmer. I imagined a halo, hovering over his head. He looked like an angel. He looked so gorgeous. His scent was almost irresistible that I was almost tempted to give into my wolf's ridiculous demands and lean over him and sniff him without shame. But I definitely won't be doing that
