CHAPTER 9
“That’s it. Perfect. Just a little more. I can see an opening behind it,” Illan said, as he watched the pixies, fairies, and elves work together to remove all the large boulders.
Huge rocks moved through the air, hovering momentarily before gliding back over their heads to a pile a few yards away. Just as the last boulder was moved, Illan could see clearly down the underground tube. There was still some debris inside, but it didn’t look like anything too big to handle.
Once the entrance was revealed, the machines were all turned off and everyone came to join Illan, Justice, and Destrain who all stood on the edge of the now cleared tunnel, peering down.
