Just as Aneela asked, Roan didn’t come back to her anymore. At dinner time, the only time the entire vampire court gathered together, he rarely showed and Aneela preferred to keep her distance from now on. She spent her time between the four walls of her assigned room, the library and Blythe’s tower after the witch proposed to teach her some of her own tricks in magic.
