Final Chapter

Naalimpungatan si Zylven sa naramdamang kamay na humahaplos sa buhok nya. Didilat na sana sya ng maamoy ang mabangong halimuyak galing kay Tamara, sure sya na amoy ng dalaga ang naaamoy nya. Kaya nagkunwari syang natutulog pa rin.

"When I first saw you, I have to admit nothing really moved inside of me. I didn't know you, you were foreign and I even thought you were shy. I was excited, maybe a new friend, As I got to know you I knew you were someone special. You were more than your amazingly hot sexy body. You had a tender loving side that I grew to adore. Panay ang haplos ni Tamara sa buhok ni Zylven na nagkukunwari pa ring natutulog. Nagpapagaling na ito sa condo unit nito, at si Tamara ang personal na nag aalaga dito. Nung una panay ang tanggi nya pero sa huli wala rin syang nagawa ng lumipat na si Tamara sa tirahan nya. Dito na ito namamalagi, saka isa pa alam na rin nito na sya ang kinuhang bodyguard ng Ama nito. Kaya wala ng lusot at maidadahilan pa si Zylven lalo na ngayong nagpapagaling pa sya.

"Our first meet I will never forget. Without even trying the true me came out. No guy has ever done that so fast, It was an indescribably feeling of bliss. For so long you don't know how much I just wanted to be loved. How much I wanted to feel the warmth of someone's embrace. How much I wanted to be on someone's mind. Lihim na napapangiti si Zylven sa mga naririnig mula kay Tamara. Hindi nya akalaing pareho lang pala sila ng nararamdaman. Kapag tuluyan na syang gumaling hindi na nya tatantanan ang dalaga.

"You were the first guy I was totally comfortable around. The first guy who had the courage enough to ask me on a real date. The first guy I really truly kissed. The first guy that took away my fears. The first guy that gave me hope for a brighter future. You rescued me in a time when I needed rescuing."

"Tamara." Dahan dahan nyang iminulat ang mga mata saka nginitian ang dalaga na ngayon ay sa pisngi na nya nakahaplos ang malambot nitong palad.

"Mmm. Nagugutom ka ba? Ipaghahanda kita ng makakain mo sandali lang ha." Akmang aalis na si Tamara ng pigilan ito ni Zylven.

"I love you Tamara noon pa! ng una kitang makita sa airport, nung inagawan moko ng taxing masasakyan. Dun pa lang tinangay mo ng puso ko . Hiniling ko na sana mag krus ulit ang mga landas natin dahil hindi ako mapalagay at matahimik hanggat di kita makitang muli. Kaya nga ng ibigay sakin ang misyon na maging personal bodyguard mo, tinanggap ko kaagad mapalapit lang sayo. Pangarap ko ang ibigin ka kahit na alam kong langit at lupa ang pagitan nating dalawa. Susubukan ko pa rin at kahit na anong kahahantungan nito, magtagumpay o mabigo man ako, ayos lang at least sinubukan ko, may ginawa ako kesa maging duwag at magsisi hanggang sa huli."

Mapupungay ang mga mata ni Tamara na nakikipagtitigan kay Zylven. Ikinataba ng puso nya ang pagtatapat nito sa kanya. Kaya minabuti nyang maging tapat na rin sa binata at higit sa lahat sa kanyang sarili.

"Hindi mo mararanasan ang kabigoan, kasi pareho lang tayo ng nararamdaman. Gusto kong maging masaya ulit, mabuhay ng malaya, magmahal sa abot ng aking makakaya. Mahal na mahal din kita Zylven noon pa nung una kitang makita sa Airport, kaya nga sinundan kita eh at kahit na bawal akong maglantad ng mukha ko sa maraming tao ginawa ko sa harapan mo, para mapansin mo lang ako. Diba effective ang style ko? Kasi naagaw kong taxi na dapat ay sayo hahaha."

Hinila nya si Tamara palapit sa kanya. Saka niyakap ng mahigpit.

"Ikaw ha! Umpisa pa lang pala pinaglalaruan mo nako, pasalamat ka mahal na mahal kita kaya hahayaan lang kita sa lahat ng gusto mo."

Niyakap din nya ng mahigpit si Zylven. Ninamnam nya ang sobrang kaligayahang nararamdaman. Nanatili sila sa ganung posisyon na nakahiga sa kama si Zylven at nakadagan sya dito habang nakayakap din ng mahigpit sa binata.

"I can still clearly remember the nights I have promised myself to not indulge into the flames of love anymore, I was blinded by the thought that I won't find someone who will reciprocate all the love I can offer -a love as passionate and real deserves an equally passionate one in return. I was blinded by the tears and was deafen by the sound of my pierced heart and tormented soul. I have already accepted the fact that there won't be anyone who will make me realize why things in the past didn't work out the way I wanted them to. I kept on complaining about the love I once had that felt so right but ended up so badly, it's just so strange how you can become ugly to someone who once thought all the stars were in your eyes. I have hated the idea of being in love. I was so scared of being hurt and I don't guarantee myself settling."

Hinayaan lang sya ng binata na magsalita kung anuman ang gusto nyang sabihin dito. Ganun naman talaga si Zylven "He is a good listener".

"And suddenly, when I was so busy building my walls, in the most unexpected time where I was just merely standing at one corner, I knew then, it is you. It felt like heaven just opened and it's like a match made when I realized it's you I've been looking. I met you. You've been really persistent in tearing down my walls. The childish act I always rolled my eyes and flipped my hair at, I wanted all of those, I want to do it with you. I wanted holding hands, hugs from behind, midnight phone calls, movie dates and even social media pictures. Sitting next to you give me satisfaction and finally, I am happy. You made me realize why it didn't workout before, how I even hated love and blame it for I have been badly hurt before but now it pays off. That God has been listening to my rants and I bet He even whisphered that I'm for you, and so you are mine -mine alone.

Being with you is a roller coaster ride, we may have lapses but I could only see myself with you. I allowed you to be my person, yes it's refreshing, fun and exciting. I don't call it "fairytale", I believe ours is an answered prayer."

Gumalaw ang kamay ni Zylven na nakayakap sa kanya. Hinaplos nito ang buhok nya hanggang sa ang likod na nyang hinahaplos nito patungong bewang.

Bumitaw sa pagkakayakap si Tamara, dumistansya ito kay Zylven saka pinakatitigan ang binata ng may malapad na ngiti sa mga labi.
