Leo’s POV I wish I had better news for my niece as I wait for her and Devon to arrive. I did my best. But at least it’s not all bad news. I do hope she will see it that way, though. Queen Luna Kathleen and I had come to terms very quickly, since we had most of the agreement worked out soon after I had arrived here. But unfortunately the council of Elders did not agree, despite the Queen Lunas influence and assurances. But now that Kathleen was also the head of state, she could no longer be on the council. A new elder had been voted in as the speaker, and that wolf, Dorothea, had decided to oppose the treaty almost in its entirety, and bullied the rest of the elders into agreement.
