"Kylie?" My worn out voice sounded out across the woods as I spotted my long-time best friend who I haven't seen for 26 years.
"Who... Who are you?" She asked in a weak voice as she lay on the ground, leaning on the huge rock while carrying a newborn baby.
"It's me... don't you remember me at all?" I asked, but later realizing that my appearance didn't changed at all while she became wrinkly and old.
"Ahh..." She showed a weak smile after staring at my face for a long time, she was obviously tired from giving birth to her child all by herself in this woods. "I forgot that you're a demon... Haha you're forever young." she laughed weakly.
"Don't speak... I'll help you get to the hospital." I said crouching down and lifted her arm but she wasn't budging from her position.
She seemed determined to be left behind here in this woods, maybe Because She has a reason...
"Take this baby... And run far from here." She suddenly placed the small child to my lap before her arms collapsing on the ground.
"What? No! You're coming with me." I demanded but she just smiled at me.
"No... I can't." She coughed "People... we're out to get me, and if I go with you then you'll also be chased and that'll affect my child. So please..."
"No. I can take care of them! I'm a demon, remember?" I tried pulling her up but with the baby on my arms I can't dwell on her properly.
A little while passed and I heard sounds of people from a distance not far from here, since my hearing abilities is far more greater than normal beings, I was able to hear them talking about Kylie and how they would take her child and sell it to somewhere else.
"Tsk..." I clicked my tongue, I don't know what I should do.
If I take her with me, we would spend the rest of our lives running away with this child, but if I leave her here she would die on her own.
"Hey... Don't mind me." She closed her eyes "I already lost too much blood from giving birth... I won't last too long"
"Kylie... Don't worry, I'll take care of this baby---" I got cut off as a bullet pierced through my arm, sending me to the ground.
"Gotcha!" They cheered, running towards us.
I lifted myself up from the muddy ground, covering the baby with my body so that the bullets won't hit.
I glanced behind me to see large group of men, equipped with different firearms.
"Kylie... Let's go." I walked to her direction and lifted my hand for her to reach, but the next thing I know is that bullets began to shower in our direction, those men were determined to make our body filled with bullet holes... it was only then my eyes shifted to red and my vision became blank.

A loud thunder together with a lightning, brightened the whole place for a second. Revealing the bloodbath I just made, bodies were scattered everywhere, their chunky red bits sprawled at the ground. If someone saw this scene, they would think that this is a slaughter house but much worse than that.
And me? I was standing at the middle of my art work, with a human baby between my arms. The blood on my body was slowly washed off and dropped on the ground as rain water lands on me.
This little kid was fortunate enough to be alive and breathing after all that killing spree...
But Kylie...
"I'm sorry..." I whispered as I stare at the lifeless body, making me feel like being stabbed a million times for seeing another one of my loved ones dead.

Yerin's POV
"Hey, wake up already." I felt someone tapping my face, and with an angered voice the person spoke. "Don't make me kick you before standing up."
I fluttered my eyes open to see an unfamiliar face in front of me, and to what seems like she's the one who's waking me up.
"Who are you?" I suddenly sat up as I stare at the girl who is also in my room.
"I'm Lyra, and I'm your roommate so things are about to change from now on" she said as she kick away the stuffed plushie I own to the corner of the room.
"Hey... umm, I don't remember having a roomate" I stood up and picked up the plushie she just kicked.
"Just shut up and move your things." She demanded, pointing at the books I had on the tables which I obediently did and took them away.
"I'm gonna go get my lunch it's already noon, and if I come back here everything must be in order you got that?" She exclaimed before exiting the room all of a sudden.
"Umm... who?" I asked myself, analyzing her appearance.
She was tall, and a bit tanned. Her hair was dyed vibrant red and if I'm not mistaken, she has a tattoo on her arm that looks like droplets of blood which is awesome by the way.
I'm guessing she's the badass-I-don't-follow-rules-I-break-them type of person.
"..." Having a sudden roommate almost made me forgot about what I learned yesterday.
Wendy is still alive... And I bet she's still inside the campus, I don't know but my gut is telling me to search for her.
Hurriedly, I put all my books back on the table before rushing out of my room. I don't care if my roommate 'Lyra' would get angry to find out that I didn't do what she ordered.
I dashed through the corridors in this dorm, headed to Wendy's room. Everyone isn't here since its Sunday and Sunday for them is Starbucks day and spends all their time at the mall doing whatever they want, so it's easy for me to go in her room without getting seen.
As I spotted the familiar door to her room, I slowed down my pace began walking. Slowly scanning the surroundings if someone's around, before stopping in front of her door.
I inhaled a lot before exhaling, I grabbed the doorknob and twisted it...
Locked...
Great, how am I supposed to get in.
Wait... From what I remember, we didn't lock her room when we carried her body out... so who locked it?
Or who's inside?
"Hello?" I knocked on the door simultaneously, of course earning no response.... except for a single sound
'Thud thud thud'
I heard behind this door, someone is walking inside the room and it sounds like whoever is walking seems to be in a hurry.
"Tsk" I pulled out a pin from my hair, letting my hair fall from the messy bun I just had.
I can easily knock this door down but I should be more careful this time so I'm using a pin instead.
'Click'
The sound of the door unlocking echoed, as I opened the door the room was quiet and eerie, almost as if the sound I just heard was an illusion since there was no sign of a person being here.
I stepped inside and closed the door behind me, I drifted my head side to side, scanning the whole place.
"Now then... Let's see here." I muttered walking towards the closet and opening it to see nothing. "Hmm. Jomin is determined to make it look like she transferred out huh." I sighed before closing it.
"What can I find here? Jomin may have disposed everything she owns. She literally turned this place upside down" I mumbled, sitting down on the bed.
I tried recalling everything, from the start I met Wendy so I'll know what I should look for.
First, she was friendly only towards me, she was an outcast in the school because she was rumored to be a big flirt who steals other people's boyfriend so everyone basically hates her.
After class she kinda looked... troubled.
"Ahh... She was holding on to her phone and she received a message." I snapped my fingers as I remembered that specific scene.
She was scared, and it bothered me to see her like that all of a sudden, but I literally had my hands full that time so I really couldn't dwell on it.
"Her phone... where's her phone." I stood up, lifted all the pillows on the bed, pushed the furniture aside, and searched each corners but I wasn't able to find her phone.
"Jomin... She has it!" I exited the place, heading to her room. I just hope she's not outside drinking Starbucks or whatever.

"Huh? Why would you want her phone?" She asked, busy tapping on her own phone and it looked like she just finished with her workout because she was sweaty.
"Just give it to me, you know that her body is gone right? I'm trying to gather clues here." I demanded and she just scoffed at me.
"Seriously? You're really determined to know that much? Well, not that I care do what you want." She laughed at me, not the haha you're funny but the haha you're insane.
"It's somewhere in that drawer over there, take it already before I burn it together with her clothes." She wasn't finished talking and I was already searching the drawer. As soon as I found it, she spoke again. "Oh but it has a password, too bad. It seems like she doesn't want anyone to touch her phone. I bet there's a lot of her slutty pics in her gallery or whatever."
"Well thanks anyway, I'm going to get this fixed." I said before exiting her grand bedroom.
"What an i***t" I heard her say lastly.
"Thanks, this i***t is about to report you to the police." I said before walking away, smiling as I heard her scream in annoyance at me.

"Well, this will take for a few hours dear... come back at 7pm for this." The woman said to me, scanning Wendy's phone which I claimed mine and lied that I forgot my password.
"Thanks a lot Miss." I bowed at her before exiting the shop. "Hmm... where should I go?" I drifted my head left to right, deciding on where to go.
While doing so, I swear I spotted a shadow standing behind the wall and was watching my movements. It wasn't the first time that I felt I was being watched, since I entered Wendy's room I already felt someone's eyes burning my back.
"Hmm..." I shook my head to push those thoughts aside before walking away.

"Here you go, I removed the password so you can open it." The woman said, handing me the phone.
"Ahh thank you very much." I smiled, giving her my p*****t before walking away timidly.
I felt like a criminal for.lying to that nice lady, but I have to do this for the sake of Wendy.
After walking around for a while, I decided to stop by in a convenience store and sat on one of the chairs.
"Okay... Let's do this. My goal is to find out why she looked troubled that time." I told myself, opening the phone and swiping it to unlock.
Wendy's candy themed wallpaper immediately showed and a few of her apps, I opened her inbox and there was a lot of new messages, mostly from this specific unknown number.
'Why aren't you answering Wendy?'
'Don't think you can run away from me.'
'I have to tell you something important'
'Lets meet in your classroom, Sunday 8pm... I'll be waiting'
"Who is this?" I asked myself, already concluding that this person is the reason why she looked troubled that time.
I should go... probably not the best decision but I need to so that I'll know about this person and their connection with Wendy.
I glanced at my wrist watch to see that it was 7:47pm. Just enough time to reach the classroom at school and hopefully I can get in without alarming the security guard.
"Alright, here I go." I lifted my hoodie in plan to trick this person that I'm Wendy before running back towards school.

As I was walking in the dimmed hallway, I caught a glimpse of that familiar door that leads inside our classroom.
My footsteps were echoing as I walk toward it, and sliding the door open.
I saw a figure standing besides the window and seems to be looking out of it, and I'm guessing that it's a girl from the way she wear those high heels.
I cleared my throat to get her attention and she glanced at me, since it was a dark I couldn't get a definite look on her face but I'm sure she's smiling at me.
"You're finally here." She said, certainly she said that with a smile.
I nodded my head, trying my best not to speak or else she would notice that I'm not Wendy.
She suddenly walked towards me, in a very fast pace that made me not notice the baseball bat she was holding.
As she get closer to me, she lifted the weapon and smashed it unto my head, slumping myself on the ground from the strong impact.
"That should teach you a lesson. Don't worry, you're not gonna die, you'll just be on bed for a while" She giggled, her voice was familiar but I couldn't pinpoint whose voice that belong since my head just got hit.
She was saying a few things but I can't hear her anymore, before she ran out of the room.
I couldn't do anything, I was paralyzed from that blow and I can't move an inch.
All I know is that that girl has some deep anger at Wendy to the point that she'd smash my head.
