The Adventure Begins

Nova was waiting outside for her friends to come. Her mother literally freaked out when she told her about it. She went to the grocery store and bought ingredients to make chocolate cupcakes.  “Nova! I finally found the house! I have been walking for hours,” Autumn said when she spotted Nova. “You are the first one here! Do you want to wait for the others with me,” Nova offered. They sat in silence for the next few minutes, not knowing what to say. After a few agonizing seconds, Faith and Esther arrived.  “Did you guys come together,” Autumn asked. “We are neighbors so we figured out it would be better if we came together,” Faith answered. “Let us head inside, because it is getting dark,” Nova said. Nova and her friends entered the house, greeted her mother, and went upstairs to get started on the project. “Do you have colored pens? I need them to write the subtitles,” Esther asked.  “Ya I have some in the drawer. Lemme go bring them,” Nova replied as she got up. Nova headed for her drawer and got out the colored pens. Before she closed it, she noticed something gleaming. It was a necklace with a green gem in the middle. The green gem was sparkling and glowing. Nova picked it up and was surprised when the light got brighter. The necklace started….floating and the room suddenly turned dark with only the light of the gem visible. “What is happening,” Faith asked in alarm. “I have no idea,” Nova screamed. The ground started shaking violently and all the girls fell to the ground. Just as those events started suddenly, they ended suddenly. Nova was lying down on…..sand. She got up quickly and looked at her surroundings. Her eyes widened in amusement as she realized that she was in the middle of nowhere. Her house had somehow disappeared. “What on earth happened,” Faith said as she got up. “No idea,” Autumn replied as she tried to stand on her feet. “Guys, why are we in the middle of the desert with nothing but an old, torn book,” Esther said as she got up and picked a book.  They all stared as Esther opened the cover to reveal something truly spectacular and scary. The book was writing itself! Golden letters started to appear on the page. They read “An evil force will once again rise, in search for the ultimate power.  The seven pieces are to be found.  They have to be united from all around. To create something to stop the crowned. From taking over the world. And destroying it in a swirl. That didn’t sound so good but then again, who would believe a book. “What does this mean,” Faith asked. “Perhaps it is just a bunch of old myths and legends,” Autumn said as she started walking in circles. “Look,” Esther said in wonder as she studied the next page. All the group stared in disbelief as seven drawings started to appear. They looked like gems, one of them especially looked like the one Nova found in the drawer. Underneath it was written “The Forgetting Relic”. One of the other gems glowed bright gold, it was a blue, shining hexagon. Written below it was “The Teleporting Relic”.  “Any idea what those are,” Nova asked in awe. “Based on the poem verses, I think those are the seven pieces,” Esther replied. “The gem in my necklace looks exactly the same,” Nova said as she snatched the necklace from the ground. “You are right. Does this mean everything is real,” Autumn spoke up. “There is a map here! I think it is pointing us toward the direction of the “Teleporting Relic”,” Esther pointed out. “I guess we should follow it if we want to figure out what is going on,” Faith informed them.  “I would follow the map but in case you didn’t notice, we are in the middle of a desert,” Autumn made a valid point. Just then, some dust started kicking up a little far away. Someone was coming.                                 ゚・:,。゚・:,。★゚・:,。゚・:,。☆゚・:,。゚・:,。★゚・:,。゚・:,。☆゚・:,。゚・:,。★゚・:,。 Deep deep, deep in a cave, something ancient stirred. It has been left there to rot and die but too bad, it is now back. When it regains its strength, everyone will suffer.
