Chapter 38: Another Problem Rises?

While Lavi is coming toward Shireno to meet up with the rest of his Kingdom Officials... The situation in Shireno itself is quite weird as well.
Everyone is in the state of panic in the castle... Especially Lamar, the Prime Minister. Although everyone is running everywhere in the state of panic, Lamar is walking around, pacing around the building waiting for Lavi to arrive.
Inside of his head, he was thinking 'This is bad, if His Majesty didn't understand the situation, it might lead to a big battle in the castle and potentially wiping Shireno off of the face of the world...' Judging from the mood that Lamar is exuding, the situation is a lot more intense than expected.
Everyone is screaming "Put out the Barrier Stone!" "In case of the worst, get every single person in Shireno under control!" "Send out Bronze Serpent to protect the citizen!"
Then, Lamar came to a conclusion "In case things goes wrong with this matter, I need to be the first line of defense... I need to be there to prevent any misunderstanding from happening."
Lamar understood how Lavi is... So, he enter the meeting room where the officials of Shireno and a single person covered from head to toe with their own cloak are sitting... They looked tense because of the person who is still hiding under those cloak.
But, when Lamar entered the room, the Cloaked person immediately stated "I'm sorry to cause you trouble, sir Prime Minister. It's not in my best interest to give Shireno even more trouble then what I'm about to give..."
From the voice, it's clear that it was a man. It was raspy, deep, and sounding a little bit messed up. It can be concluded that his throat was damaged before so that's why he sounded a little bit bad...
Lamar quickly sat down and gain his composure to make sure that everyone else is comfortable so that when Lavi came in, there's no seedling of misunderstanding.
"It's fine. It's not your fault sir. It's just that we want to make sure our King aren't going to do anything crazy when he met you... Now that I speak about it, what shall we address you with, sir? It's going to be hard for us to address you with your true form."
"You can call me Theo's First Victim." Said the man. Lamar and the others were taken aback when they heard about it. They didn't expect for the man to have some sick jokes.
"... Then, we shall address you with Theo's First Victim..."
"It is the easiest way to address me so that your lord can immediately understand why I'm here. I hope that, this way of addressing me would give him priority..." Everyone understood the words spoken by him... So, they didn't say anything else.
They just waited and coincidentally, when everything is set and done...
Lavi and Bianca arrived at Shireno's Royal Castle. The situation is still as expected...
"What's going on? Why is everyone running around in shambles with Barrier Stone?" Asked Lavi as he looked around the castle.
Bianca quickly deduce what's going on and immediately stare toward the direction of the meeting room. She felt something, her instinct is screaming to her that 'Trouble' is coming.
"Lavi, Bianca detected unknown force in the meeting room, strangely enough, Everyone else is there with that particular being. So, Bianca thinks that, that's the reason why Lavi are called back." Bianca quickly fills Lavi in with the situation and he quickly regain composure...
"Everyone! Come here!" He screamed, calling on all of the soldiers that is running about aimlessly.
"Yes sir! What can we do?!" They all stopped what they were doing and of course, went to Lavi to hear his command.
"Stop what you are doing. I don't know what's going on and why you guys are doing the thing you did. But fret not. I'm here."
"... But sir... Because you are here, we are preparing for the worst." They answered Lavi with that. Bianca immediately looked at them like 'What are you guys saying?!' as she know that Lavi is not someone who would like to hear jokes like that in a serious situation. Especially because he was called from his vacation for this.
Realizing the mistake they made, they quickly cover their mouths and started backing away.
"... Ah... Fucker, you guys stab me right on my heart. Anyway, f**k off! It's fine! I ain't finna stab anyone in this meeting!"
"Sir yes sir!" Everyone started running away from Lavi in fear of getting slashed or burn or freeze or anything.
Bianca looked at Lavi with a very soft eyes and muttered "Lavi has grown up. Bianca is proud of Lavi."
"... Lavi doesn't know whether that's a mockery or compliment. Thanks, anyway..."
Without wasting anymore time with the situation outside, both of them immediately make their way into the castle and Bianca is lagging behind because she slowed down to tell everyone to not do anything silly and just focus on their initial job.
Since Bianca is the one saying everything is under control, everyone take a step back and relaxed. Leaving the intense mood behind and with that, Lavi finally arrived in front of the meeting room.
'What is this feeling? It's familiar... But, it's also stronger than the usual aura I felt... Is this Qyblith? If so, who is it to have such aura that is even stronger than Gux?' It's easy for him to understand and know who is behind this door...
After all, he was someone who fight Qyblith everytime they appear... It's only natural that he immediately realized the aura. Not to mention, he has his godly sense now.
He opened the door and everyone immediately stood up, including Theo's First Victim.
"Welcome back, Sir!" Everyone bowed down and pay respect to their liege... Lavi ignored everything and immediately said. "I don't know what's going on. But, you all better have good reasoning on why you let a Qyblith into my castle. If you cannot provide any explanation... I will execute."
Intense bloodlust spills out from Lavi as expected, but, they saw this as a good thing. Since Lavi isn't going to blindly kill them.
Lavi sat on his seat and then stared dead toward Lamar.
"Explained."
A single word, sent chills down everyone spines and force them to explain everything.
