Act like a Fool, Shine like a Star! Act Two!

Chapter 17: Project Port City.

Lavi finally arrived after 15 Minutes of Serious Flying. He reach the Circle of Life. As the Shireno Folks says it. Lavi make sure that there's nothing dangerous Living around the Port City.

"Divine Eyes."

Lavi look at the Water. He found a really suspicious magic energy on the bottom of the Circle of Life. Lavi use his Book of Knowledge. His Book started to flip like crazy. Finally, It reaches the page where it was explained.

Page 1632. The Title of that Page is Dungeon of the Deep Sea. Lavi immediately get interested.

"Let's see... Dungeon of the Deep Sea. Let's see what I can get from that Dungeon."

Lavi muttered. He forgot that he's not in Eiselone. So, There's nothing other than strong monster in that Dungeon. And since it was covered by a trap door to make sure nothing come out. Lavi Sneakily, Raise the Ocean Floor up. He doesn't really raise it up. He just put more ground in. There's nothing living underneath this so, Nothing dies.

Lavi fly away from that and he see a straight line from This Area to Menez. People from the west side or North side should be able to steer their ship to this port City easily.

"It's pretty warm in here. So, I don't think the Sea will be frozen..."

Lavi muttered. He check wit his Book of Knowledge and there's not much trouble other than in the Winter later. Since the Sea will be frozen for 10 Days in the Winter before it can melt again and make a path from Menez to This Port City.

Lavi haven't thought of the Name yet. Lavi have this amazing vision in his brain.

"What about, I make a Dome on this City. And put a Giant Light source on the middle. It won't really freeze the Circle of Life in the winter. And it can melt the Snow on top too. That's sounds pretty nice... Putting a Dome..."

Lavi muttered. He have this Grand plan to Make a Giant Round wall on the outer part of the City. And then, He can put massive Sphere of  Glass that covered the Wall.

"This is a port city so, I feel like I need to give more thought process to decorate it."

Lavi muttered. He started going around the Area. He wrote stuff down and design stuff up. He saw it from the sky and he make the inside of the wall. And then, He make another one of those and put a dome on top of it. Lavi started imagining how it would look like.

Lavi fly around with his imagination and make sure nothing really collided with each other. Yes, There's going to be a big empty space on the middle of the wall to let the Ship come in and out. Lavi didn't really want to put a Water gate or some sort. He will just make a Guard Tower at the end of it and increase the Barrier range of safety.

For Lavi. 5 Hours is not enough time to scout the Area. But, His time is up anyway. His 6 Hours of work day ended nicely. He make sure he keep the Project Paper and he teleport back to his House.

"I'm back."

Lavi said. Everyone greet him. Sani is sleeping which is nice. Lavi hug His wives and put his work face off. He spend time with everyone nicely. 30 Minutes passed and Sani cries. Lavi and Bianca immediately check her.

After feeding her, Bianca put her back to sleep. Everyone was so worried with Lavi health right now. He look tired. Even though his Medallion of Health keep him from yawning. They can see that Lavi is stressing out. He have this project that he need to complete and he have baby to take care.

But as they say, Enjoy the process. Lavi keep his Medallion of Health on.

"Lavi... Go take rest for now..."

The wives demanded that Lavi to go to sleep. So, Lavi go to the bedroom. Instead of Sleeping, He go to the couch and design his Port City. His Thought process was so fast. He scribble away and he just look so focused right now.

An impossible feat that someone sleepy can achieve. And then... He feel this weird feeling on his head. His Medallion of Health is also giving him a warning it seems. So, Lavi put his project on the table and he go to bed.

With Sleep, His Medallion of Health started to work together with him. In just 2 Hours. Lavi was in the perfect condition.

He go back to the Living room with all of his papers and said.

"Girls... Can I work?"

Lavi asked Nicely. The girls saw that Lavi is fine after just 2 hours of sleep. Lavi put his Medallion of Health to Bianca and she take a nap. And the answer to Lavi question is.

"Sure. Tell us what are you working on."

Elli said. Lavi sighed in relief and said.

"So, I was making a Port City. And this is my planning so far. I've checked the area around the Circle of Life. I make sure that nothing Dangerous really living on that area. After that, I scouted the area around it. I have this big plan of making a Giant Dome that keep the Whole Area cozy. So that the Circle of Life isn't frozen in the Winter. And then. I check all the material I needed. I need a lot of Glass and Iron... Iron, I have a lot of... But Glass... I don't have that much. So, I need a way to make Glass."

Lavi muttered. It's not really a problem for Lavi. He just need to get all the necessary material and process it himself to save cost of work.

The girls pat Lavi on the back and said.

"Lavi... Just calm down... You don't have to finish this Project in a week. Most King when they were suggested to make stuff like this. It take them a year just to finalize the plan and another 5 years to complete the building. You can't just put 6 Years of Work into a Week of work day... We don't want you collapsing on us."

Riri said. Lavi nodded. He look at everyone and said.

"Right... I'm sorry... I was given 6 Hours of Work time. It's too little for me to complete it."

Lavi muttered. Everyone look at him weirdly.

"Shouldn't you be happy when given a low work hour?"

"I mean... I feel like I'm in charge... And I need to keep the Shireno Striving... So, I can't stop mid way..."

Lavi said. It raises a good point. His thought process as a Leader is to not let anyone lag behind him. Either he will slow down to make sure everyone is in front of him. Or if he really in the corner. He will leave everyone behind and charged by himself.

"I know Lavi... With Menez Sending item from Menez to Shireno take a lot of cost. But that doesn't mean you should risk your health to cut down the cost. Remember, If you get sick. The Shireno won't Strive anymore. Remember, You're this Country King Lavi. It's a Common Sense that the King should protect themselves rather than the Citizen. But you're Different. You prioritize them over yourself. That alone. Should be enough for them. If they demanded more from you. They're just citizen who didn't know how much you pour into your work and they should be banished."

Riri explained. Lavi look at her and hug her gently.

"Is it alright for me to do that?"

Lavi asked. Everyone nodded simultaneously.

"Remember Lavi. The Greatest Leader is you. And you should know that. No one in this world can match your Understanding of Pain. And if the world can't understand your pain. We just leave them be and care about ourselves."

Riri said once again. He hug her tightly and kiss her neck.

"Thank you... I will calm myself down and just work on it slowly. I will take one little step rather than one big jump."

Lavi said. Riri kiss him on his lips and said.

"Good..."

She look so cool. Lavi blushed and said.

"I love you Riri... Everyone too... Thank you for being on my side all this time."

Lavi said. Everyone but Bianca hug him. Since they want to help Lavi. They share their thought process.

"So, The first step you need to take Lavi... Is to make the Port itself. Don't worry about the wall for now. Just make the Port and the Storage. You can Hire some people from Menez or Shireno."

Riri explained. Lavi nodded. It seems like Riri know a lot more than before. Lavi look at her and said.

"You know a lot about this now Riri."

Lavi muttered. Riri nodded awkwardly.

"I want to help you with all of your project... And being former princess myself, I know how hard it is to manage a country. So, I learn so hard just to help you. So that you don't have to bear all of that burden on your shoulder."

Riri said. He look at Everyone.

"Did you guys also learn this just for me?"

Lavi asked. They all nodded. Lavi started to broke down in tears.

"Thank you... I couldn't have any better supporter than my wives... Family... I swore that I won't disappoint you guys with anything that I do."

Lavi said. Everyone come closer and they just talk about feelings. Bianca wake up and she feel really great. She turn to Lavi and saw that Lavi is crying.

Bianca move closer to Lavi and hug him from the front.

"Lavi... Don't cry okay? Lavi is now a Father. Be strong."

"Thanks Bianca..."

Lavi said. He snuggle on her growing chest and he smell her fragrance. Lavi was so calm with Bianca that he started to sleep again.

"Um Gwen... Can Gwen see Lavi condition? Bianca feel something weird within Lavi."

Bianca said. Hearing that, Althea, Gwen, Sharion and Lavtura check on Lavi condition. Three of them didn't find anything. But Lavtura find something.

"Wow... I never seen this before... A Rainbow Heart..."

Lavtura muttered. Everyone turn to Lavtura.

"Rainbow Heart? Is that a Term in the Love Language?"

Bianca asked. Lavtura nodded.

"Rainbow Heart is something that only appear when Someone, Is in a really Deep Love. No, Infinite Love. They love you so much that they want to do the best just for you. They doesn't want you to hate them, They doesn't want you to suffer, they doesn't want you to do anything that he doesn't like... Essentially, It's a part of someone that saying, They can't live without you anymore... And Lavi, Have Rainbow Heart to all of us... Which is a good news..."

Lavtura said with a smile. Everyone was going 'Aww... That's sweet.' And it seems like it's true... Lavi just can't live without them anymore. They're so caring and understanding about Lavi. They even do anything they can just to make Lavi depends on them.

'He goes from a really Pink into Rainbow... It's honestly my first time seeing Rainbow Heart... And I feel like... It's not fair for him if only him can't live without us... We need to feel the same too...'

Lavtura thought. And it seems like everyone think the same. It's not fair for Lavi to only feel that. If Lavi can't live without them yet they still can live without him... They're not worthy of his love. So, They need to be in the same ground so that they can live happily after this too.

Lavi wake up slightly after that and see Bianca face. Lavi kiss her gently and pat her head. Bianca pat him too.

Lavi put Bianca down gently and some how. His face turn gentle to everyone. Everyone just missed a beat. Lavi go to the Kitchen slowly.

'I can't live without them anymore... I love them dearly... They're my lovely wives... I really can't...'

Lavi thought. He cook something special for all of them. It's something that everyone like. Lavi use his Divine eyes to make sure that it cooked to perfection. Everyone is wanting something different. It took Lavi 30 Minutes of cooking. Lavi comes back to the Living room. They were taking a nap. Lavi put it on the table. He look at the Crib and see that Sani wake up. Lavi grab her and take care of her.

"Girl... Daddy loves you... Grow up healthy for me please..."

Lavi muttered. Sani fall asleep again. Lavi gently wake everyone up and when they woke up. They see this really particular expression in Lavi. It's madly in love. He was smiling happily and everyone can almost see a slight heart pattern in Lavi eyes.

They really feel bad after that. It's something that Lavtura says. Keep the Affection going and it's eventually going to be like this.

And at that moment too. Their heart started to go Rainbow. It's because of Lavi particular action. It's something that Lavi always do for them. But this time. It's different. Lavi smiled for the last time. And everyone just dropped at that point. They feel like, They need to protect that smile.

Lavtura feel the burning feeling inside her chest and it was demanding her that, She want Lavi to keep loving her. Everyone feel this pure spark inside their chest. They rub their chest and Smile back at Lavi.

Lavi feel something opened inside his brain. He doesn't know what that is. But, he can feel that it was something handy to use later on. After that, Lavi pick Sani up and Put the Crib back on their room. Everyone just help Lavi finalize his plan. It's going to finish at least in a month.

Lavi write his report. And he send it to Angelo. With the help of Bianca and the others. He also prepare a speech about himself.

The next day. Everyone come to the Speech Space. As Lavi called it. Of course, It was broadcasted. It went as far as Menez.

"Good Morning. People of Shireno Country that I love dearly. I'm Lavi Shireno Amidis. Your Leader. As always. Thank you for your support, I'm really happy. And the reason why I broadcasted this Particular Speech is because... I want all of you to know."

Lavi muttered. Everyone gulped. From the broadcast. They can see the seriousness in Lavi eyes.

"Even though that I always finish my Project really fast. This time... It's going to be different. I'm going to take my time more. Usually All of my project finish in 1 week max. But now, I will take the Maximum of a Year and Minimum a month."

Lavi said. Everyone was talking crap about Lavi. They thought that Lavi finally weakened. And they were muttering something alongside the line of Lavi is not fit to be their leader after all.

At that moment. Lavi pull his hair back.

"Listen here you Stupid Mongrel who talk s**t to me already. Just who do you think keeping you safe all of this time huh? I ain't your normal leader who prioritize themselves. I prioritize you first. Just remember that. You're still alive because of me you fuckers. I'm not going to filter my word anymore. I will speak what ever I want. It's my Privilege. Talk s**t all you want. I ain't caring about that. You don't like it and still want more? Well then, You can politely f**k off from Shireno. I don't care how little people live in Shireno. Even if there's only 30 People living in Shireno. I would rather take care of them who understand my pain."

Lavi muttered. Everyone started to take Lavi speech to their hearts. The one who pouring his heart and soul is him. They just someone who doesn't know thanks. If they still want more.

"I understand this World Pain. If The world didn't understand my Pain. I will forget about your pain and just care about my pain and my pain only. Now, You might be wondering. Why did our Great King do something like that. It's because, I'm tired of people wanting so much more. You lot just sitting there and having a nice life. That's enough right? You don't have to go to war or make a f*****g City by yourself. You understand what I'm saying here? You guys are blessed to have this peaceful country. And I didn't want to remove that Peace. So, You guys just enjoy your life and don't ask for anything more. I've done that job when I was a Prince. And for you who want to spark Coup d'etat. Try it. I will always always up for your challenge. And I will crush you. Thank you for listening. That's all."

Lavi said. He ended that Really Controversial Speech. He walked off and he look at the Broadcast with Cold Eyes. It's literally meaning that 'If someone mess with me. Your head's gone.'

Rin who's watching it from the road muttered.

"Heh... It's Really his type of talk. I'm happy that he finally do that... I'm sick of people who doesn't understand the pain that he have gone through."

Rin muttered. Iris, Luna and Steph giggles.

"Yup. Seems like, Something bad going to happen in Shireno. Is it going to change Shireno? Nope! We're going to take care of it after all."

Iris said. Rin nodded. He was determined to definitely protect Shireno and help Lavi achieve his dream.

"Hah... Finally. I said it."

Lavi muttered. Everyone clapped at Lavi and said.

"Magnificent Lavi. You tell them off. I'm really proud of you."

They said. Lavi smiled and they walked to the Living room where Nick and Hailey are watching. Ila and Sani is there.

"Good work Son. I support that speech. You don't need to understand their pain if they doesn't want to understand your pain. Just leave them and make them regret."

Nick said. Lavi nodded. He sat down and Sani was handed over to him. Lavi melt down when carrying Sani. His love for her is overflowing. He was really a Doting and Overprotective father. He just can't leave Sani for a bit. He sometime get anxious when that happened.

"By the way Lavi. You're going to still do the Port City?"

Hailey asked. Lavi nodded.

"I've prepared the Magic Stones. It's something really compact and simple. So, It doesn't take a long time to set up."

Lavi said. Everyone pour their heart and soul to helping Lavi. And Lavi find some interesting way to do it.
