(The training of Four Beasts before meeting Azura)

Third person's PoV

"Do we need to train? We have the power, so we don't need training." Jeff scolded his mother for forcing him to learn how to control his fox power.

"You're a disciple of Azura, and Caex, her father, told me you need to be strong to protect Azura," Jeff's mother replied.

"Azura! Who is she? Why do we have to serve her?" Jeff whimpered at his mother.

"Because he's important to Caex, the four of us agreed so that the four of you can get along, so tell Gabriel, Skyler, and Zach to get ready," Jeff's mother said.

"Perhaps we'll just be treated like animals by that Azura," Jeff said as he left to go to every house of three beasts.

Gabriel's house was Jeff's first residence.

"They said you joined the training, your mother agreed, and my mother also agreed to the training," Jeff said. Gabriel immediately has something to carry.

"Mom already told me about the training," Gabriel replied, and Jeff quickly left to go to Skyler's house.

Skyler immediately opened the door when Jeff knocked, but Jeff did not turn to stone because they were both beasts.

"Are you going in training?" Jeff asks Skyler.

"Yes, I know, but I don't think Zach knows," Skyler said, but when Jeff arrived at Zach's house, Zach came out.

"Skyler fools you," Skyler laughed as Jeff was fooled by Skyler, Jeff, who was so irritated that he left and went back to their house.

"Why did you return here? Did you forget something?" Jeff's mother inquired.

"I don't want to go to training!" exclaimed Jeff, but then the instructor, Igor, appeared.

"I see you don't want to train, but you need to train for Azura, and I was also ordered because Caex is a high immortal," Igor said as the three of them approached, but Jeff hid behind his mother.

"Jeff, you'll be fine; when you get stronger, come back here and show me your fox form," Jeff's mother said, kissing him on the cheek.

"Always be careful here, mom," Jeff said as he turned to leave, and his mother smiled as if it would fade when he returned after finishing training.

Jeff followed his master as they all walked away, their master, who was now speechless, in front of them.

"Does he have the fortitude?" Gabriel spoke in hushed tones to Skyler.

"I'm certain," Skyler replied.

"I'm afraid to go on," Gabriel said, and Igor came to a halt.

"I hear you whispering. You can back out of training if you want," Igor said, smiling.

Suddenly, Gabriel and Skyler ran, but they came to a halt because Igor used the power of freeze time, and Igor laughed because the two children couldn't move.

"You're not very good yet, so you can't run away from me," Igor said as Jeff lowered his bag.

"Are we going to begin now?" Jeff inquired.

"Perhaps if you wanted your training to be in this place, I would have planned on my place because it's more spacious," Igor said as Jeff picked up his bag again.

"Next time, don't try to run away, because even if I turn my back on you, I can still stop you," Igor said as he removed the freeze power from the two children, Gabriel and Skyler.

"Because you're the one who's asking if he's scary over there!" Skyler said this as he pushed Gabriel away.

They continued walking to Igor's house; Zach had no idea what was going on around him; all he could think about was training. He wanted to know what kind of power he possessed and how he could use it.

"We've arrived!" After walking for an hour, Igor stated that it was apparent to the four ten-year-olds that they were exhausted.

"You didn't tell master it would take us an hour," Gabriel said as they collapsed from exhaustion.

"Is it even appropriate for me to say that? You should get used to traveling because you will always travel one day!" Igor stated.

"Stand up so you can enter my big place," Igor said, and the four got to their feet.

They entered Igor's property, which was large and wide, full of trees, and had a large house. Jeff approached the large tree and examined it.

"Is my tree lovely? Every day, I look after it," Igor stated.

The four arranged themselves after dropping their bags.

"Get ready soon!" Igor told Jeff, who nodded.

Jeff has patched up himself, and Gabriel, Skyler, and Zach have completed their preparations.

"Pick up your sword here," Igor said, dropping the wooden box containing the sword and shield.

Gabriel drew a sword, while Skyler drew a sword and shield.

Jeff followed with only a sword and Zach with both a sword and a shield.

"I can see you two are fine without a shield. Can you do it without a shield?" Igor enquired of Gabriel and Jeff.

"We don't need a shield because we move quickly," Gabriel said, and Igor grinned.

"Really?" Igor said as he threw a small dagger at Gabriel, and he quickly dodged so fast.

"You know how to dodge with your jump. Now to you, Jeff," Igor said, and Jeff's expression indicated that he was prepared for what Igor would do.

Igor jumped up and threw five small daggers at Jeff, who lit up and quickly fled with various movements.

"Good! You are a true fox beast. You move quickly, but you can't use the fox beast form yet," Igor stated.

"I'll tell you the rules for your training, and if you don't do your part, I'll punish you. Five strokes with this whip I've got here," Igor stated, and it was clear from the expressions on the faces of the four that they are not afraid.

"Does it appear that you're no longer afraid of me because you know I won't hurt you completely?" Igor stated.

"I'll do it strongly when you're going to be punished," Igor said, but the four were unfazed.

"Should we start now?" Igor enquired of the four.

"We're all ready," the four agreed, and Igor smiled.

"Okay, the first thing we're going to do is fight each other, and for this training, don't think about yourself as a friend. When one of them falls, you lose, and whoever is left alone wins and strongest in the four of you," Igor said, and the four nodded.

"Start now," Igor said, and the four began fighting.

Igor was watching to see if they could release their power because when one of them became angry, it meant that its power was being released.

Gabriel made Jeff sit to one side while Igor watched the three because Jeff unexpectedly down when Gabriel kicked him and immediately lost. Igor noticed Skyler's strange eyes, but he did not turn to stone because Igor's power is great, and he is also a beast.

Igor is an eagle beast. He learned many things in his life. He should have a master now, but sadly the tragedy that happens to his master is very depressive. When his master died, he didn't die, but the contract was already gone.

Zach got down because Skyler cut him on his chest, and Igor was also taken aback by how quickly Zach's wound healed. Igor believes Zach is a phoenix beast with regenerate abilities.

"It's just the two of you, Skyler and Gabriel. It looks like you two are good in your group," Igor said, and Skyler abruptly let go of his shield, surprising Igor.

"Are you certain you're okay without a shield?" Gabriel inquired of Skyler.

"I can fight without a shield. I pick a shield, so you all will think I'm just weak," Skyler explained, and Igor pondered.

Skyler, according to Igor, is a good beast and a dragon beast, whereas Gabriel is a snake beast.

"This fight will be good," Igor said, and the two began fighting, with Skyler keeping him from falling.

"Even if you're the snake beast, I'm not going to lose!" Skyler said this, and he rushed over to Gabriel, and the two of them clashed swords.

"I'm not going to lose to the dragon beast," Gabriel said as he parted ways with the dragon beast. Skyler jumped high, but Gabriel did not follow.

"You know Skyler jumped high," Igor said, and when Skyler came down, he was surprised to see scales on Skyler's skin.

Skyler raised his sword and was about to strike Gabriel when Igor stood up from his seat and stopped them.

"Stop first," Igor said, approaching Skyler and inspecting its skin.

"It appears that your power has awoken early; do you know how to use it?" Igor inquired of Skyler.

"I know, but that's just one; all I know is to jump high and removed the scales from my skin," Skyler responded.

"You're the winner because I know you're the winner, so the next thing we're going to do is sit here and close your eye," Igor said, leaving the others in awe.

"What are we going to do? Why are we going to sit there? What powers are we going to learn?" Jeff asks Igor.

"It's the power that you can feel each other and share your power; it also allows you to be strong because the four of you will strengthen each other by being side by side," Igor explained to the four.

The four sat in the center and circled each other. Igor tapped Gabriel on the shoulder as well as the other three.

"I know you can do it because you're connected, and you focus and close your eyes, thinking you need to get stronger," Igor said as he turned to walk next to the four.

The four did as Igor said, closing their eyes and focusing. A light has formed within them, and a yellow light now shines on them. On the other hand, Igor noticed that the light was mixed with white on the four's bodies.

Igor was perplexed as to why they were staring at themselves after following Igor's instructions.

"What's the problem? Why are you all looking at yourself?" Igor enquired of the four.

"Because we see the future, the four of us will still be together when we grow up," Gabriel replied to Igor.

"You're going to be together and become Azura's four beasts, Caex's daughter," Igor said.

"If we won't separate, we'll be happy as long as we're still together!" Zach said this while smiling.

"Let's go back to training; the next thing you're going to do is release your power," Igor said, thinking that the four of them would struggle to do so because they were young.

"It'll take you maybe five days or a month," Igor said, surprising the four.

"It's too long, but we must be patient," Gabriel said as Igor entered his large house.

Igor took something with him so that if anything happened to the four, he could treat them himself. When Igor came out, it was clear that the three of them were struggling, except for Skyler, whose skin had scales again.

Igor sat down and gazed at the sky, but when he sensed something approaching, he leaped to his feet and quickly assumed the form of an eagle. Igor's place blew up, shocking the four.

"What the heck is going on?! What happened to the master?" Gabriel said, who was surprised because Igor was an eagle beast.

"It's Igor," Zach said, looking at Igor's eagle form. They were taken aback and did not rebuke them because a large rock had fallen in their place.

A large rock with fire landed on Igor's house.

"I'm not sure who did it, but you have to run first; I'll find you once I've fixed this problem," Igor said.

The four children nodded, and Igor let them out. The four children dashed away, and Igor smiled. Igor searched for the person who had thrown such a large rock in his path.

"Come out. We can fight. I'm not afraid," Igor said as he was still flying.

A woman emerged, and it was clear that she was in command of the power she possessed and a lion beast.

"I didn't mean to do it! I can't keep my power under control any longer!" The woman said this, and Igor reverted to his human form.

"Have you started working out yet? If you want, I can teach you," Igor said, and the woman was taken aback.

"I didn't realize you were teaching, but I'll try to learn," the woman said as she approached Igor slowly.

Using Igor's power, the mess has vanished in his place, and the big rock also disappears. The woman was amazed, and the four beasts were amazed also. They didn't run away. They hide.

"I can feel you all four beasts, so don't hide from me," Igor said as he looked at the four.

The four came out and immediately followed Igor.

"Don't be afraid of her; she's a lion beast who has simply lost control of her power; she will be part of the training," Igor explained.

"Please introduce yourself to us," Igor instructed the female lion beast.

"My name is Laine," the lion beast introduced herself.
