It took four days for Mateo to go out of his mind with…everything. He missed his mate; his wolf was pacing and ready to burst out at a moment’s notice to do something if not go to his mate. He missed Lily and wept with every picture Wes sent with the caption “Lily wanted you to see this.”
The pictures varied from a bumblebee on a flower, to the pretty bow she’d gotten from her friend Rachel, to a smiling picture of Derek and Jamie.
Yeah, that was one thing he’d discussed with Wes the other night. Derek and Jamie obviously couldn’t know and they’d been super curious about where Wolfy had gone.
