The king called and told us that some of the councilmen were on the move. He had set up surveillance on the biggest targets, Theodore and Stanley and they had both left the city around the same time, heading out into the forest toward where Doctor Grant had instructed them. They had a half dozen vehicles with them and an unknown number of guards.
We debated taking them out immediately but didn't want to risk it since the soldiers following them couldn't confirm if Jaxson was with them.
If we made a move and Jaxson wasn’t in one of the vehicles, we would be putting him in more danger, so we decided to wait.
