Camila’s entire body shivered with fear, as she realized that the patient she was trying to run away from had actually freed himself from his handcuffs and now held a sharp open scissor against the thin skin of her neck.
He was the one who had stolen the nurse’s scissor and whilst Camila thought that he was fiddling in a restless condition, he was actually using those small scissors to open up his handcuffs and he had done that successfully.
