The Outside. It's everywhere and nowhere. It's something yet nothing. The Outside, nobody knew what it guarded, what it kept away from the world. Even angels feared whatever was inside it. The Roman Catholic doctrines believe purgatory to be that place where Heaven-bound souls were sent for purification before they were finally allowed into Heaven. Many theologians and Roman Catholic researchers who have come across the mention of the Outside mostly believe this place to be one and the same. What else could it be? However researchers and theologians of other religions and cultures who also have come across the mention of this place but however disagree with the Catholic Church on the whole doctrine of purgatory have formulated their own theories and beliefs of what this place should be
