Ashton: I stumbled downstairs in a panic. I woke up to an empty bed, late for work, with the smell of bacon, eggs, and freshly brewed coffee floating around. In my rush downstairs, I almost face-planted, trying to slip the heels on I had bought when buying an outfit for work on my lunch break yesterday. My freak-out faded when I reached the stairs and found Arden at the kitchen sink in sweatpants, washing up after himself. Plating our breakfast, pouring coffee, and dancing around to whatever was playing in his air pods. I couldn't help but smile when my chest warmed with my love for him, a love that had stolen my breath in such a short time.
