Ashton: As the car came to a complete stop, Reed and Arden climbed out of the vehicle, both looking tall, regal, and dangerous. "Could I possibly leave for a bit? I am not feeling so well." I asked Arden, who looked surprised I wasn't the first out of the car as usual. "Do you need me to come with you? I could do the rest—" I couldn't help but stop him before he finished that sentence. I just needed a few minutes to myself, a few minutes to reevaluate the choices I was making. "No. No. That's okay. I just need to run back to my friend's place for a couple of hours; I will come back and finish the day out after." I said softly, swallowing the fire-laced bile that was bubbling into my throat.
