Ashton: "I'm so sorry for losing control, Ashton." Arden looked guilty; his hand touched mine softly, pulling my knuckles to his soft lips. "I am sorry I let it go so far. I—I did not mean to—I just… I saw an opportunity to feel something." His eyes were so soft compared to his rigid frame. He knew I was a mistake, a ticking time bomb. He was just being polite about it; it is a good thing we did not go too far. "Goodnight, Arden." I kept my spine straight, with a disinterested face. But I knew when I closed that door behind me, the facial expression I was desperate to maintain now would crack. There must be something wrong with me.
