“Uncle Sky!!”
I automatically broke out into a wide smile when I heard the small, high pitched voice of my niece. Daphne came running to me as soon as she saw me enter the doors of the mansion. She was dressed in a cute, baby pink ruffled dress and sparkling white shoes. She looked so adorable and pretty in her dress. I caught and carried her in my arms when she launched herself to me.
She wrapped her little arms around my neck and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I pinched her nose when she faced me. “Hello, princess. You look pretty tonight.” She beamed at my words. “Where’s mommy?”
“Mommy’s upstairs. She’s fixing kuya’s clothes.” She answered with a big smile. “I’m so happy you are here uncle.”
I smiled at my adorable niece. “I’m happy too, pumpkin.”
