I sighed, standing outside the door of my therapist. I really needed to warn people about this brace. The secretary all but fainted when she saw me. Not wanting to keep her waiting, I opened the door. Lisa stood with a smile that instantly dropped. I was getting sick of that face. She schooled her features and greeted me. I returned her greeting and sat in my usual spot. "I would like to remind you, Tiera, that if you ever need me outside our sessions, you have my contact information", her voice was soft. I blushed down to my toes. "I forgot," I stated honestly. She wrote her information again and handed it to me. "Please remember I am here to help. Not just during our sessions. Now, if you can, would you like to explain what happened?" She asked, nodding to my brace. I sighed.
