-Few Hours Before Contest-

Demetri fixed his suit as he went out of the suite that he was staying at he would stay at their villa but his parents were here, his father was following the Napoli soccer team, like he does every season, today was the first contest the start of the tour. All week different bakery owners taste the contested dessert but tonight was the real contest and in two weeks they would move on to the next round, Angelo got his work done he confirmed that Abby arrived a week early. He would have came a week early as well but he had to finish business and pass it on to his twin brothers so they can take over while he judges the competition and he doesn't want to be disturb these months. He was in middle of working when his phone rang it was his mother.

"Yes momma" Demetri said.

"Have you seen her yet?" Valentina said.

"Not yet the bake off is until this after noon" Demetri said.

"Okay, invite her to the game" Valentina said.

"If she remembers me" Demetri said.

"Darling she will remember, she must be crazy if she forgot about you" Valentina said.

"Hmm...Where's father?" Demetri said.

"Hold on he's right here, Antonio. Demetri" Valentina said.

"Did you finish your work" His father Antonio said.

"Yes, I passed it to Petrov and Aldo" Demetri said.

"Hmm, I still don't see why you stop working" Antonio said

"You should be happy your always saying I'm working now you want me to go back to work" Demetri said.

"How sure are you she's the one?" Antonio said.

"When your with mom what do you feel?" Demetri said

His father was silence on the other line, Demetri looked out into the city of Milan then back on his phone to check if his father hanged up but didn't so he knew he was looking at his mother.

"That's how I felt when I first saw and how I still feel, I been trying to bury those feelings but now I don't want too" Demetri said.

"Then bring her by the game like your mother said, kick off at seven" his father said.

"I will if she'll follow me" Demetri said

"Okay, well go now" his father said.

Demetri went out as he looked at the time they would be starting soon, so he left and made his way to the building where they will hold the competition, more then hundred people only 25 of them were hand picked, judging from the past bake off they been in and Abby was 26 but Demetri pulled some strings and got her the 25 spot. But she didn't need to know about that, when he got down and was escorted to the judge box where three other people were at he went straight to the first seat and sat down, he looked around and finally saw her station it had Triplet's Sweets sign on it. Their banner was childish only the writing was elegant there was kids hand prints all over the banner, he saw her but couldn't see her face there was an older man and a younger one with her. He sat there as he watch the competition for two hours he would look at other people do their work as well then he look back her station and the judges were talking about her how they had finished early. They all thought it was a mistake thinking it was a simple dish but Demetri saw they added each of the dish from scratch they didn't go to the boxes they offered like some of the contenders. When they went to the back Demetri and the Judges went down from the box.

"The first dish, and you all have your papers" the announcer said.

Demetri taste the wine first, and it was sweet so the dessert should be less sweet, but when he taste it then taste the wine with it, it was a bitter taste off with the wine.

"No disqualified" a judge said

The rest agreed, by the tenth dessert Demetri was getting sick of wine and dessert he just wanted to hurry and get to Abby's but they started from the back and Abby was second to the front row, so far ten people were disqualified. Finally Demetri thought as they got to Abby's table he taste the wine it had a sweet taste going in but when then it get's bitter when it goes down the throat when he was about to taste the cake he heard murmurs from the other judge. 

"They dessert is simple yet, with the wine I can't taste the bitterness" one said

"Yes, it's a perfect combination" another said

Demetri tried the dessert the cream was light not too sweet just right he then drank the wine and the bitterness wasn't there it was still sweet taste altogether.

"I give full marks" one of the judge said

"I do too" the other said

The third Judge nodded but kept eating the dessert until it was half gone, by the time they were finish six more people were disqualified and they only full marks was Abby and another table but when they went back again they took a look at how the dessert was displayed the other was nice but looked like you see it every restaurant and the theme didn't go with the wine. As for Abby's it match the wine which was plain but elegant just like how the dessert was so they went with hers, when they called the top five and gave them prize, Demetri was looking forward to seeing Abby. When they finally called her name, the other Judges went first he was looking at her as she was thanking the judges, she looked even more beautiful, then the last time he saw her. He slowly walked up to her, and when she finally looked at him he couldn't get enough of those hazel eyes, he smiled at her reaction, when someone called her name she looked away then back at him.

"Demetri" Abby said.
