Chapter Fourteen
Johnnie still had doubts about the operation. By now though, he could not express them to Sean. The two friends had to leave their motorcycles in New York and left with Tom in his pickup truck. Tom’s presence was not the only thing that stopped him from speaking his mind. Most likely, Sean would snap at him and the two of them would get into a fight. In truth, Johnnie was left with no choice but to follow Tom’s plan.
The 3.5-hour long drive to the scenic town of Beaver Falls gave him plenty of time to think.
