{Alpha Brandon} After what happened with that young she-wolf coming from the woods, I decided to go out and do a little patrolling and let Braiden out for a bit. We were walking through the woods near where I saw that she-wolf come from when Braiden's ears perked up and he took off running toward the pasture near the stream. As we got closer I could hear the low growl of a black bear and the growling of a wolf. Braiden picked up speed and when the bear came into view it wasn't but maybe 30 yards from a female wolf. I caught a glimpse of the wolf before Braiden ran straight into the bear causing it to fall over backward. Braiden clawed and snarled at the bear and it began trying to claw back at Braiden. The bear was able to knock us off and it got up and took off into the woods. Braiden roared a warning roar to let anything else dangerous in the area know to stay out of here. We turned t find the she-wolf but she was gone. Braiden asked if I had ever seen her before and I said no. He said she must be one of the pack members. I asked if he would be able to track her scent down and he said possibly. We followed the scent halfway through the woods before losing it. Braiden said it was too dark to try and follow the tracks so we headed back toward the packhouse. When we got to the edge of the woods I realized we were close to Georgia's house and I grabbed my shorts that I had laid at the woodline and I walked past her house. I sighed and Bradien said to stop acting like a pup. "Really? I am anxious for this dinner. I shouldn't have set it up for 2 weeks I should have just done it for this week." Braiden laughed at me and said I should have been born a she-wolf instead of a strong Alpha. I turned around and headed back to my room. As I got to the entrance of the packhouse, I saw the same she-wolf walking away from the packhouse crying. I ran over to her and asked if she was ok. She said she was fine and I asked if she needed someone to walk her home. She told me no and walked off. I stood there for a moment watching her before I headed inside. When I opened the door to the packhouse, I saw Josiah heading up the stairs. I called out to him and he stopped. He slowly turned and his eyes widened when he saw me standing there. "Josiah, I know you had to of seen her that time. She literally just walked out of the packhouse." "Oh, you mean the she-wolf that was crying?" I nodded. "She came in here claiming to be my mate and I was right in the middle of trying to get this hot she-wolf to come up to my room man. I had to tell her off and put her in her place." "So did you put your hands on her?" "What? No. Why would I touch her dude?" I stared at him for a moment then said just asking. I told him to go upstairs and that I would see him in the morning. I went into the kitchen and made myself a snack and then went to my room. I laid back on my bed and turned the TV on and flipped through the channels. I couldn't find anything to watch so I turned the TV off and sat up. I closed my eyes and I kept picturing that wolf from earlier. She was a beautiful wolf. I have never seen a light brown wolf like her before. I wonder who she is and why she was out there. I laid back on my bed and passed out. I woke up and looked at the clock. It was 4:45 a.m. I was dreaming about my dad. I don't know why I was, It has been a while since I had dreamt about him. The dream was one that I have had many of nights before. It was of the night he died. He came into my room before heading out to go help another pack and told me he was proud of the young man I was and he loved me. He also made me promise to take care of the pack if anything was to happen to him. I was woke up during the middle of the night by Beta Jonas informing me of my dad's death. I have spent years trying to find a way to stop that dream from coming to me and I did for a little while but now it's coming back. I sat up and decided to work out instead of trying to go back to bed. Once I finished my workout, I took a shower and then headed into my office to go over some paperwork. I headed down to the dining hall around 7:30 and ate breakfast. Tilden came down and ate but Josiah didn't. I found that a little odd after last night so I asked Tilden where Josiah was. He told me he saw him leaving the packhouse at 6 this morning but hasn't seen him since then. I told him to tell Josiah to come find me if he saw him and he said he would. I began looking around the dining hall and noticed it lacked something. I asked an omega who was walking up to get my plate what she thought the dining hall needed and she told me something to brighten it up. I smiled at her and told her thank you. I finished my juice and headed out to get something to brighten up the dining hall. I walked into the flower shop and told the florist to put together a bunch of bright-colored bouquets and add them to the dining hall. I told them to go ahead and plan to do this every couple of days. The florist stood there for a moment with wide eyes but then began to smile. I told her to also add some flowers into the entrance of the packhouse in the sitting area to give it more of a homey feel instead of a prison. She asked if there was anything specific I wanted and I said to ask Georgia what her favorite flowers were next time she stopped in. I knew it would be later today since I pretty much know her daily routine. I left the flower shop and headed out around the packland to do my job of checking the security.
